Rooms were lackluster and bathrooms had mold and empty shampoos and bodywash. Toilets werent too clean

Location is excellent for easy access to the city. Beds were super comfortable and apartment was perfect size with everything you need.

The toiletries weren't restocked. The restaurant had changed their hours but this wasn't reflected on the website.

Located close to our event. The beds were comfortable. And it was relatively. clean.

The lounge room was very tired and rundown. Stains and rips on chairs and carpet. Not very inviting but served its function for an overnight in the city to attend an event.

Good location near the riverfront and grocery stores, and within walking distance to the exhibition centre and CBD..

That said, the facilities could use better maintenance. Most power outlets are hard to reach, either behind furniture or right next to the stove. I reported a few issues, but they were not addressed during my stay. The building is a mixed-use hotel and residential property. There were hot water pipe making annoy noise at night but hotel cannot do anything - have wait for building manager

8.30 am we had a knock at the door by the time we got to door staff member had let themselves in to do a “room check” in all my years of staying places I never have had this before. If after check out time totally get it but not 8.30 am so it was a very disappointing end to our 2 night stay

We didn't like anything about our stay at all!

It was dirty, staff were rude!! A month before staying I asked for there to bed two single beds, in which they replied, not a problem at all! got to the room, they hadn't change the bed, so our daughter had to sleep on the lounge, the drain was blocked in one of the bathroom sinks, we had to wash our hands in the kitchen sink, shower head was broken. It was just a horrible experience!!

Very convenient location. Clean neat room. Everything I needed. Very friendly staff.

The first room we were given was already allocated to someone else, imagine our surprise to open an apartment door and someone else is already in there!The second room we were given had missing blinds... Great if there are no other neighbours but when the apartment building right next to yours can see into your bedroom, not so great.Third room was great, definitely needed a deeper clean than currently being done.

Took my daughters out for a girl's night in the city! We absolutely enjoyed our time here. We were upgraded and had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a balcony and bath tub. We made the most of the amenities, used the washer/clothes dryer to wash our swimming togs after using the swimming pool! Pool access through the gym was very different, but, the pool was great, large size with a view. The Sauna was lovely.We had a great view from the balcony in our room and room service was quick and easy. The location was amazing for a night in the city, with cheap parking available nearby and walking distance to lots of good restaurants along Southbank.

The staff were lovely and the location was great for proximity to the river front and casino/MCEC. Room was a decent size, but that was about the only good thing when compared to the price.

Given the cost of the room we were really disappointed with the overall look/feel and amenities. The room had multiple lights out and not working, including the reading lights in each bedroom. The blinds in the lounge room didn't work and we're stuck down, they had boarded up half the glass door so presume it was broken at some stage. The balcony was filthy and so was the glass on both the balcony doors and the balcony railing. The TVs did not work 100%, foxtel worked on one TV but not free to air, and the issue was in reverse on the bedroom TV. Half of the flooring in the hallway on the level we were staying on was ripped up and exposed concrete. The bathroom sink tap leaked and dripped continuously throughout our stay, the shower glass had a lot of soap scum and the wall mounted shampoo/condition holders were broken so the bottles kept falling out while we were in the shower.

Loved the location and the aesthetics of the reception. The room was well equipped and comfortable.

The hotel was dirty, the carpark floors had piles of rubbish that wasn't cleaned throughout my stay. The floors had an unpleasant smell and lacked ventilation. Customer service was quite blunt and unwelcoming.

The apartment was in a good location and the apartment was all that was needed, bed very comfortable.

Kitchen could have been equiped with a few more items. Reported to reception that the toaster tripped all power to the apartment when switched on but was not replaced during our stay. also no body was or conditioner in shower.

Hotel gave us an upgrade to bigger room which was great.Breakfast was great and discount voucher for brekky was appreciatedPool was nice and relaxingLoved the open fires around bar abd seating areas

It wasn't that clean, we had dirty face washer in bathroom sink when we arrived and the hand and body soap bottles at bathroom basin and shower were both empty when we arrived. We had to ask x3 times before they were filled by housekeeping.Mould on roof of shower and around tiles. The toilet brush holder was not clean and had mould inside it

The room was pleasant enough, but showing signs of a needed refurbishment. Carpet and painting. I don't like showers over a bath!

Great location, close to river, city, restaurants, casino, gallery and memorials. Room was very good, nice view and very clean. Certainly recommend staying here.

Carpet was damaged in places and blinds would not stay up, just a few things that need attention.

The unit we were upgraded to was clean and well kept.

The lifts are a little slow - but nothing to concerning in having a little patience!

Nice private balcony, fast lifts/10. Walkable distance to the casino.

Good location, nice view.

$45 extra for parking a night felt a little much specifically with a 10 o'clock at night check in.
