Nightcap at Westside Hotel

Plenty of parking and very comfortable bed

Little bit of noise in the morning but nothing to bad

The hotel overall service is great I liked the cleanliness and ambienceIt's a secure place to stay

Beds were comfy and check out was easy. Great location with flea market across the road, restaurant by the pokies, McDonalds, freeway and petrol station close by i.e. literally just need to cross the road to get to it.

Although the room clearly looked like it was was cleaned there was still left over rubbish in the bathroom that hadn't been emptied and under the bed hadn't been thoroughly vacuumed. Also, this is minor but shower has separate hot and cold water handles so you need to gauge the temperature first before hopping in.

I liked the space in the unit and the aircon was good.

How far you had to walk to get to the entrance for the pokies. And the state of the bitumen throughout the car park was appalling.

Location

Photos doesn’t match the rooms and minimum requirement of cutlery was not available. If you are just stopping by for an overnight stall in your travel then it’s good as it’s closer to the freeway exit.

The check-in process was smooth, and the location was convenient for my stay. The room itself was reasonably comfortable for a short visit.

There was no bodywash or soap provided in the bathroom, which was very disappointing. Additionally, there was a tray full of cigarette butts right next to the front door, even though I specifically requested a room away from smokers. This really impacted the experience.

The road that the motel is situated on is rather busy and noisy at night but location was good

The room was clean and well presented, was exactly what i was expecting thanks to the pictures supplied online.lots of space in the room to stay with family. easy access to the rooms and has a bar that we could eat at near by.offerings of room service were nice to have even though we didn't use it.

the TV remote was not working or not compatible with the TV in the room. The room was very close to a busy road and had very little in the way of noise cancelation which could make it had for people to sleep.lights coming through the window late at night made it had to sleep, could do with tinting on the windows or proper blackout blinds.

Nice that we could go to restaurant for meals or a drink. Market is across the road

The room was too dark. Couldn't pull heavy drapes back to let the light in. Would stay there again.

the location and clean

the tv wasn’t working and it took a couple hours to fix the problem i was disappointed for the price i paid

Liked how the Bar/Restaurant was a hop skip & a jump away

Was staying a couple of days, put the sign on door that the room needed cleaning returned to find it still in the same state I left it. Was annoyed

Good location with the Market opposite, Maccas for late night snack run and pub and bistro next door for drinks n dining. Family loved the room service ample parking easy access to the freeway.Rooms decent and clean great for our 2 nights stay

We didn't use all our complementary drink vouchers as we were out too late at a function

All pillows were fat and hard could do with an option for thinner soft pillow

This motel was in the right place at the right time. It was clean and easy to find.

The outside could do with a bit of a facelift

Close to markets in Laverton. In the carpark of pub. The bisto food was good.

Cleaniness of room waa not good.

Room was easy to find and bistro just a few metres away. Heating was good, and I didn't hear too much noise, considering it was close to a busy road. Room was comfortable and shower nice and hot.

The bathroom was very cold - despite the rest of the room being toasty from the heater.

Convenience

Went to have a shower and I was hardly any body wash in there so I had to go and buy some and a person above us was so noisy all night got hardly any sleep with banging and jumping

Plenty of free parking at all hours. Beds were super comfortable. Room was very clean

Good facilities. New room. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom/toilet/bar fridge area.

The aircon/heater sounded like a jet taking off. The outside light shon in through the only window. Room was small but comfortable.
