Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Melbourne - Flinders Street

Great location. Busy area but lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Across the street from Flinders train station and city trams.

Friendly welcoming staff. Modern decor. Good buffet breakfast. Bottle of wine and cake left in our room for our anniversary was a nice touch. The first floor gym had a great street view over Flinders St station. Spotlessly clean. Excellent location.

Although we didn't pay for the rooms with a view, looking out at machinery from another build was very ugly. Needed another bed side table and lamp on the other side of the bed

the room was very dark couldn't have stayed in there for very long during the day may as well had a room with out a window. there was a high wall 3 meters from the window the lack of natural light was terrible

The very helpful and friendly staff, the very convenient location and comfy bed and pillows. Pl'us, the varieties of tea and coffee in the room. The housekeeping staff were very warm and friendly, too.The location is so good, right across Flinders Station station and tram stops around the corner. Convenience stores and supermarkets just steps away and so many eateries around. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

No toothbrush but can understand as we live in sustainability times.

Location was awesome. We were going to a concert at the forum, which was just a short walk away.Our booking included breakfast & parking, making it super affordable. Staff were all friendly & helpful.Would definitely stay here again, everything was even better than expected

The breakfast was amazing and is great for a hangover after a gig at a venue close by. The location is also great and the bed is always amazing.

The room was freezing. So I turned the heating on and then the emergency speaker started making noises, loud and continual noises. I turned the climate control to freezing again and no noise. Tried this twice.

Close to train station and concert venues

Rate was double the usual because of the tennis. $620 for a standard interior room

My single bed was too soft and my back aching now. When I moved rooms for work, my king was great. Initially told I didn’t have a window. Didn’t see this anywhere. Then paid more for a window. That was a bit disappointing. Staff excellent.

Perfect location! Minutes to Degraves st and opposite Flinders Station. You feel safe to walk back to the hotel at night time.

It’s the little sister of Hilton. The budget version of Hilton hotel. We didn’t mind at all as the breakfast buffet is delish!

Everything, except for the view.

I booked a City View room at a premium, but had a view of an alley, corrugated, busted roofs and into office blocks. It was pretty horrid for a premium, and for a special occasion - that said, everything else was great.

I think for the price compared to other places we looked at we were excepting a bit more. Was a very small room looking at a brick wall. Didn’t make it to breakfast

The DoubleTree by Hilton is a very central hotel. The location can't be faulted.

Most of the rooms at the hotel have a view of a brick wall that is just 1200mm away. It is an utterly charmless hotel room experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient parking at property. Room was clean but needed updating. Good location close to market for morning coffee and food.

Location was so central and easy to get to, wonderfully convenient with so many great food and tourist locations nearby! The room was very nice and comfortable and the staff were truly excellent. I'd definitely stay next time I'm in town.

On arrival, we were offered a cookie and an upgrade to our room. The facilities were lovely. The bed was really comfortable. We used the gym and found it easy to find our way around. We have the view of Flinders Street, the room was really quiet.

No, we will be staying here again.
