Nightcap at Ferntree Gully Hotel Motel

Great space and location for a family. Air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. Two separate bathrooms was a luxury. Would stay again.

There were some bugs on the window sills and daddy long legs around but it didn't bother us

We were very surprised of the quality of the rooms, they were very nice and updated bathrooms. The hotel was very quiet considering how busy it was that night. Also very secure with swipe card access only to gain access to the motel. Bed was very comfortable and staff were friendly.

Nothing, we were very happy with the facilities.

Beds were clean and comfortable but the room had lots of flies and insects. Had to go buy spray to kill them.

Room needs updating. Very disappointed that there were no cutlery, plates nor toaster to have breakfast. Only place we have ever been to that doesn't supply items. Could hear noises from other rooms day and night.

Great value, large room with very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent facilities, shower with great pressure. Secured parking with plenty of space available. Also very close to pub, woolworths and many food outlets.

Beautifully renovated rooms, comfortable beds, security gates,and accommodated for my request of a ground floor room, very close the venue we needed to attend.Would definitely stay here again.No noise from Hotel next door.

Position close to the Dandenongs, clean, rooms as described, incredibly comfortable bed, secure parking.

It was clean and comfortable and handy having the buffet bistro and shops close by. The security was good too.

All was good but some bowls and spoons would have been useful like most motels have.

Other patrons smoking outside my room was rude & smelly. Be good if there was a dedicated smoking zone so that people move away from the front doors

A very comfortable clean and safe place from which to explore. The staff were accommodating to support me with an earlier check in time. Close to Woolies and the train.

Reception stated was open until 10pm - it wasn’t. Required to go to the sports bar at the pub next door to check-in, and was not advised by message beforehand. This was not fun to do at night. Further, an ‘online pre-check in’ was asked multiple times to be completed, yet when ‘checking in’ all details were asked for again. I’d understand a licence check - yet there is no point in a pre-check if it does not make the process quicker.

Its a good price for a place to stay if you are visiting the area. The room is a well sized with the necessary ammenities such as iron, ironing board, TV, Kettle, Fridge, Aircon etc. The Bathrooms are supplied with toiletries and good towels. There is a security gate now installed since the last time we stayed here. Its not far from Woolworths, nearby quarry bakery and there is a hotel restaurant nearby. They do basic delivery such as burgers etc if you are wanting to stay in.

Bed is too soft! General noise from upstairs such as foot steps and TV can be heard in the lower floors. Request an upstairs room if possible.

Clean and comfortable and a very convenient stay if wanting to explore the gardens of the Dandenongs

A toaster would be nice

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

TV too small. Bathroom sliding door did not shut all the way.

Only 1 set of biscuits were there but tea and coffee for us all
