The room was clean and well equipped. Great view. Good value for money

There was nowhere to sit by the pool, the room was very small, the location is quite a distance from the cbd

Bed was extremely comfortable. Location was excellent for the events we were going to.

It was difficult to connect my devises to the television using the required app.

Very secure and at ease environment being in company with a lot of professional and sophisticated people am staying there.Nice to have some natural park and gardens at the drive into the hotel, leaving a general sense of feeling at home or having some exclusivity from the rest of the city

No information pamphlets provided including services such as wifi password, breakfast options etc. Reception were helpful in getting me this information via phone call. Not very close to tram or train lines

Amazing staffGreat Location Clean

Friendly staff and excellent service, 2 bedroom apartment rooms are great.

Great location, large room, and two balconies. Very comfortable stay, we had great night's sleep on a very soft bed, the room had a switch to change the air conditioning between day (living areas) and night (bedrooms). Check in/out was quick and efficient.

Unfortunately, the oven in our room didn't work and there were a few things missing from the kitchen (cutlery rack in dishwasher, one of the hob plates). We also had a staff member walk in whilst we had the do not disturb sign up and staying in an unserviced room, but they were very apologetic.

The price rose up so very high when we need to extend our stay, so sad we have to find another hotel while we were on urge to stay, considering our bussiness was near Imagine Marco

I had my own cooking facilities and washing machine if needed.The bedroom was a bit of a squeeze to get to the wardrobes.The bathroom was ample.Lighting was great. The view was amazing.

Clean and comfortable. Just enough room for us (4 adults) Great views both of the city and glimpses of the ocean.Staff were very helpful and carried through with our requests in a timely manner.

There was nothing to complain about

Location was good. Staff were friendly and helpfeul - some, more than others - but all were nice.The apartment was better than I thought it would be. Was warm and clean and comfortable.

Staff need to communicate at handover times.

ridiculous and waste of money

bathroom was flooded with water 2am in the morning. I got sick kids and they want me to move room at 2 am with sleeping kids. Two month back we have done the booking and informed that we were 25 family members travelling together so we need all apartments in same building however they separated us in two blocks building which was hard to connect with family from one building to another. There was no response from managers or staff. They like do whatever you like but we are not going to help you with anything.

Good location. Night before check out we got a sms saying if you would like a late check out please contact the reception, subject on availability they might be accommodate your request. When we went to the reception- the lady at the reception said I can give you one hour extension for $20. I’ve never heard that that there is a charge for a late check out.

Ease of driving to the property from the freeway, amenities - pool / gym / theatre were good

Cost, plus holding deposit, plus parking fee, location wasn’t worth the apartment nightly cost and cleanliness

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location was convenient and easy to access, making it a great base for our trip. The room was fabulous – beautifully presented, well-equipped, and everything inside was in perfect condition. The bed was extremely comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the amassing reception staff, who were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would happily recommend.

Parking was not great.

Bathroom Door Didn't Fully Close.Pillows were Hard

The apartment was excellent, had all the bits you needed and not a half bad view either. Staff were very helpful, had an issue with my room and they sorted it straight away. Daily cleaning which I didnt realise when i booked it. Great having a Woolworths right over the road too

Nothing major, having to always walk 10 minutes to a tram wasn't ideal in the rain but no biggie over all. Pillows were rubbish but that's a personal thing.

Liked the rooms and living area, apartment was nice and clean.

The coffee table wasn't a coffee table, just a small drum like structure where you can only put a cup, nothing, please put a proper coffee table.

Staff were very nice and loved the view from our balcony, lived in Melb most of my life but haven't seen it lit up like it before.

Lack of parking

The PILLOW. UNCOMFORTABLE due to being large but the pillowcase are small, we did not sleep well at all.
