Nightcap at Monash Hotel

The beds were sooooo comfortable, I would have to say the best I have had in a hotel. Room was very fresh and clean. Parking right outside the door.

We liked the convenience of the on site restauant. Our meals were perfectly cooked and presented.Staff were friendly. One staff member went out of her way to personally deliver my purse to our room. Her kindness and honesty very much appreciated. The room catered to all our needs. Fantastic location and car park was in front of the room.

Staff were helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure i was comfortable (they were very kind when I locked myself out of my room after just getting there. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless the shower was amazing and the food at the bistro was beautiful the calamari is beautiful but its a big meal not an entree dont make my mistake. Thankyou all for an amazing stay.

The room was so spacious. Bathroom facilities were excellent. Staff super helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again.

We had 5 people and the sofa bed wasn't made up for sleeping, so had to organise that at 11pm.

Location excellent for my needs, staff friendly and room clean. Older style but comfortable.

Could smell cigarette smoke wafting thru bathroom vent. As smoking area attached to pub is across from the rooms.

Didn't like much at all. Service was terrible. Unhelpful staff, dirty bed sheets. We were given the wrong room for our booking as we paid for a family room and were put in a small studio. My sons graduation was that night and we travelled 4 hour to get there . We were meant to have 4 beds in the room and given a double and a single for 4 of us. It ruined our sons special night and the staff refused to rectify the issue and said we have already booked out the hotel . No refund or help. Sad to see such a poorly run management.

The room service dinner was amazing. Nice clean and spacious room.

Very rare to get a comfortable bed in a hotel, but this bed was great. Also, everything was sparkling clean, and I appreciated the nice gesture of a free drink on arrival, and a couple of bottles of water in the fridge.

Although very handy to shops etc, the location/view wasn't that inspiring.

Comfortable bed and bathroom. We were able to have dinner next door at the hotel and the staff were lovely

Unfortunately there was a smell in the room and no windows to open. Upon opening the door we could smell cigarette smoke

Loved the room. Was pleasantly surprised to see the second bedroom for the kids.

Very dark rooms. The staff that checked us in at the bistro were not very welcoming bordering on rude.
