Great location. Very reasonable price.

When I checked in there was a rag in the sink, probably left there by the cleaner. Furniture was a bit stained (not a big deal). No room maintenance was completed during my 2 night stay. Not a problem but this wasn't mentioned?

Great location, close to eateries, park and station.Staff were helpful.Beds were comfortable.

Our room was first floor so a bit dark, dingy and noisy. Room rate expensive for the level of accommodation but it was Aus Open week. Kitchen missing a few items such as teaspoons etc.

Staff were friendly

Woke up in the middle of the night and had been attacked by some form of insect/bug. Covered head to toe in golf ball size welts. Room was right next to the elevator shoot so could hear that going all night and the window and balcony looked right at a big brick wall so no natural light.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and considerate. The location was ideal for a short trip into the city. The train station and tram stops were only two minutes walk from the apartments. The apartments were located in South Yarra near to shops, bars and restaurants.

The apartments are in some need of refurbishment. The soft furnishings need to be cleaned or replaced.

Due to thunderstorms our flight was delayed,diverted and we saw Sydney as well! Instead of being there at 11;30AM, it was 11;30PM! The wonderful receptionist waited up for us, what exceptional service!

Where not able to cook properly, as it didn't have essential utensils I would expect in a self-contained unit, such as no tongs.Car parking not on site and not 24hr access to parking in allocated car park.WIFI

Excellent woman receptionist. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.Location was very super convenient.

Given that this apartment was self-contained with a full kitchen, we thought there could have been a few simple additions: dishwashing detergent, salt/pepper, paper towel, extra tea bags.Products were provided in the bathroom (thankyou) but almost nothing in the kitchen.

Good accomodation but crap parking!

Not enough information on parking - it's a separate car park (another business) and closes at 8pm. Because we arrived at 8.30 we has to find another which cost $66 for a single night!!!

Clean, bigger than expected suite, quiet and comfortable. No frills hotel, but the room was good. Coffee shop in lobby. Just off Toorak Road near the South Yarra train.

Cheap shower head leaked at the back and had no pressure, then realized that water was flowing along a shelf from the shower onto the floor; Spent 10 mins mopping it up with toilet paper, 2 hours later my air con\heater stopped working on a very cold day. Spent 15 mins at the foyer waiting for a new room to be prepared.

Everything was great got an early check in. I have stayed here many times when in melbourne as it is easy to get too. Lots of different food types. And the staff are very nice.

They gave us twin beds that we had asked for. Staff were one of the best! Very polite, respectful and accommodative.Especially Sunita, Thusitha, Nuhansi and Siddharth. Amazing responsiveness and customer service.

The kitchen was hardly there. Way too small.

How close to the train station it was, the security precautions in place made me feel really safe , balcony view was nice

Heater didn’t work or we just couldn’t figure out how to use it. Everything else was great

The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly also the view was amazing. Public transport was close by and the shops. I really enjoyed my stay.

Staff were extremely approachable and very helpful. Oaks made a gym pass available which was appreciated.

We had booked ahead many weeks, but on arrival we were told they had an unexpected number of unexpected walk-ins. The staff had to scramble to find a room for us, and we had the impression rightly or wrongly that we were a low priority.

The bedroom was very warm on the days we stayed. We had to sleep out in the living area where the air conditioning was. The toilet seat was broken and the floor was not cleaned properly.

The ladies at reception are super lovely and accommodating, the location is really convenient - so close to the city but still gives a suburban feel, good amount of space, all kitchen equipment, bed is comfortable, pass to Snap Fitness

WiFi is slow and unreliable, couch is old, very dusty under the couch

All excellent; bed nice, kitchen adequate, powder for the wachine machine, good Foxtel etc. Proximity to a supermarket is excellent, relationship with local gym (100m) is ideal and better than the crappy gyms a lot of hotels have and the position 20m from Sth Yarra Station is brilliant and noise is minimal. Also trams nearby and river walk to the city.

Internet (wifi) was good during the day when people were out of the building. At night it was very laggy. Traffic flows around South Yarra can be horrid so car travel is only for the brave.

Nice property and good location for the tram and south Yarra. Reception staff super friendly and really nice however my apartment was not that clean the bed and bathroom were fine but the living area and kitchen was very grubby. Great to have a washing machine and dryer. There was a problem with my bathroom door it locked from the outside when I closed it and reception had to come open it with a screwdriver and I was told to not close the door, she said it had happened before but the person was inside the bathroom, hoepfully after me it will be fixed so it doesn’t happen again but not ideal, if there was a known issue just a quick mention when I was checking in would of been good just for a heads up. Apart from that it was perfect for a few nights.
