Pros +
- close to the tram.
- Location for an event in docklands
- The room was big, had appropriate furniture and the separate toilet and bathroom was a bonus.
Cons -
- Room was clean at the first look but when look close we saw dust above and behind headboard and corners. The matresses were too soft. we had to ask for stuff like tea bags, spoons, towels because they were not provided adequately during the room service.
- Stale towels
- - Food menu very poor and food quality terrible - Staff were not attentive or helpful, vague with information, check in/out process slow - Spa not working & broken tiles around the pool, very poor and dangerous attention to maintenance issues.

Convenience - tram stop out the front - shops across the road - walking distance to most things - great view.
I missed being able to open a window or walk out onto a balcony.
