Nightcap at Millers Inn

A disgusting place. Checked out despite having paid in full without staying the night.

The whole site was a dump. Filthy outdoor area around the buildings. Rubbish on the ground. Broken glass around the pub area.

It's not a modern building but it was very well maintained. For the price we paid we were very happy. We will happily book again next time we need to go to this area.

Check in was quick and easy and I was made to feel welcome.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, there were a few inconveniences that made the stay less enjoyable.One of the main issues was the reception—most of the time, no one was available, and I had to call a number to get assistance. Additionally, the rooms are located on the upper floors, which can be challenging if you have heavy luggage, as there’s no easy way to carry them up.Another downside is the early closing time of the restaurants and bar. By 8:30 PM, everything shuts down, so if you're looking for a late meal or drink, you’re out of luck.Overall, it's a decent place with good staff, but improvements in accessibility and service availability would make a big difference.

Far too expensive for a room in a pub. Soundproofing needed between rooms.

Check in very slow, staff not interested, shower taps fell off, walkway smelled of vomit.

A little noisy early in the morning downstairs at Sports Bar obviously workers setting up very early !!

Nice showers, plenty of hot water and good water pressure.Room service for coffee and drinks

I didn't like having to use the stairs ....my partner has a medical conditionj and climbing stairs was difficult .The advertising did not mention having to use stairs to get to room

Great location with easy parking and bus stop near by. Room as a great size and modern design with great lighting.

Room service didn't quite work, staff very slow to attend to check in desk. Cleaning team didn't empty all the bins in the Sunday servicing of the rooms.

The accommodation was comfortable and clean. We ate downstairs in the restaurant, the meal was good.

It was a communal microwave and toaster in the laundry room, which was a little odd. But everything worked just fine.

the property was very spacious. we have a toddler so she was able to run around the room.

you can hear the traffic in your room. understandable for its location so if you're sensitive to noise, bring a pair of ear plugs.
