Very central, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and cleaned every day. Facilities in room great and view from balcony excellent, would stay again.

Good location to walk river front, friendly staff, and hot breakfast.

We have stayed before and I thought the hotel was excellent. Very comfortable, parking available for our car and in an excellent location. Our room was excellent.

Great view, affordable, everything was walking distance, pretty quiet, friendly staff

The location is spot on in the middle of CBD and all the action it has to offer. Trams are available right in front and many places one can go walking. The staff are a credit to the establishment, and most of them helped with a smile. The suite was comfortable and had a super view over the Yarra river.

The staff are just like family! So friendly and accommodating. The pool is fantastic and the bath was great. Amazing cocktail list!

The toilet seat was coming off. Tv doesnt have all the channels and also no signal often. DVD player never works.

Really good to have a living and kitchen area. Staff were great. Location excellent- just across from South Bank

A bit dated furniture and fittings wise. Bathrooms was about 30 years old. The furniture in my room was frayed.

Awesome reception staff, were very accommodating. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location is excellent as it is very central.

noise from the trains woke us up very early each morning. I really like the hotel but wouldn't stay again due to noise from train line.

Very clean with medium firm mattress and quality medium rise pillows. Very quiet. Good location to access trams and trains that connect to most tourist and sporting attractions

Windows didn’t open to get fresh air - room was air conditioned though

Great location but expensive because of the tennis on that week

Price should have been half of the room rate would not stay their again at the price I paid but it was because of the Tennis and they took advantage of it
