Great value, clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly

Renovation are taking place and there are still a few things that need attending to

The dryer did work and in the end we had to move rooms. the cleanliness of the room needed work as there was a lot of muck on the floor tween the shower screen and the shower screen

the front window to the hotel was smashed and not fixed during our 7 day stay, The TV was ona fixed bracket jo only people sitting on the sofa could see it, it wiould have made more sense to have it on s corner swivel so it could be angled for 4 gets to see

Great central location close to the main CBD. Excellent value for money, clean and well equipped!

The location was perfect as we went to a show at Her Majesties Theatre and we could easily walk there and to restaurants close by. The bed was very comfortable.

The only negative was that the curtains in the bedroom did not meet up in the middle and that let light in. The curtains are not wide enough.

the location was perfect easy to access from all forms of public transport, also close to convenience stores restaurants and pubs.

No Instructions to operate air conditioner. Some basic things missing from the kitchen, that we had to ask for eg. Bottle opener.

Position is good. Bed was comfortable

Wi-fi was not working at all through the stay. Had someone come and look at it but no success. First night had no bath mat or hand towels. Windows would not close so unable to control noise or temperature.

The location was excellent where I could conveniently access the amenties of Melbourne CBD.

Since it was a four night stay, I would have prefered that they emptied out the trash as well as replenish the tea and coffee supplies. When left over food piles in a dustbin for four days, it probably becomes unhygienic.

Lamps above bed both not working. Frustrating to have to use bright overhead light at all times.No fan in the bathroom so everything fogged up instantly with a shower, towels remained damp in the morning.Amenities (body wash, shampoo etc) were in a rack on the floor, not wall mounted, and appeared to be mid-repair, but surely it should be fixed prior to occupancy. Blind in lounge was broken, missing a twister.

Although the hotel is a little older than other options....it delivers 5 star quality for the price of the room....Beds and pillows are amazing.....as are the staff.....

Not clean at all, some unknown powder on the sofa, and some unknown sticky liquor on the wall of the bathroom. And it requires a 200 deposit, which is not common in Victoria.

The Unit was clean comfortable and spacious. It had everything in the kitchen and bedroom needed. The location was excellent, close to everything and a supermarket close by. Plenty of coffee shops very close. The bed was very comfortable and over all everything functioned as needed.

It appeared that the room had recently undergone reservations. They had not got around to the finer details like toilet roll holder, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash bottles sitting on the floor, not yet on the wall at a height that was useful. No hooks to hang towels on. The TV was not visible from the the bed, after a long trip it would have been nice to lie on the bed and look at the TV.

Filthy window - (which looked onto a solid brick wall.!) When I told them about it they said they couldn’t do anything about it because the owners live overseas!Bedroom door couldn’t open all the way because it hit the bed. Internal bedroom - no windows

I liked everything about the place. Helpful, friendly staff, clean and complete amenities and great location. Great value.

The location was good. Close to public transport.

Very small for the price. I stay in Melbourne quite a bit and have had much better stays. The bed was too had and pillow to flat resulting in a sore neck and back. The air ventilation was awful, either too hot or too cold. There was a sound like a shower constantly running from the apartment next door. The couch had a stain on it. Only one wine glass.
