proximity to the city is great ,easy to get to and car parking is good

ceiling lights didnt work . toilet seat was broken shower was in the bath very inconvenient for elderly people to use

Good undercover parking and breakfast.

Older property, room on Kings Way and the b- doubles and traffic Noise was an issue. It got better at around 2 am.

Very close to the Botanic Gardens where we needed to be.

Aged property in need of renovation. Room had a funky smell, likely due to carpeting, bathroom was in a bad state. Bed was wheels which meant that if you turn around at night, the bed moved along. As for staff service, I asked to store my suitcase for 3 hours post checkout - a fairly standard request for hotels and the reason why I booked a hotel instead of an AirBnB. The owner agreed to this, after some back and forth, under certain conditions and stressing repeatedly that this was quite unusual and how the hotel wasn’t equipped for this given the lack of luggage room. I would have expected the hotel to facilitate such a simple request more easily, or perhaps with slightly less attitude, but am grateful it could be accommodated for the 3h in the end regardless. All in all, value for money felt below the other properties I also stayed at in central Melbourne during this period.

Walkable to tennis arena. Close to tram stop, clean and comfortable.

The shower was good and the bed comfortable. Also the location is very good.

The hotel is old. Not modern, no revitalization. Cleaning was not doing properly. There were some parts of dirty on the bathroom floor and too much dust on the carpet, also around the bed. For me was disgusting the fact that was a dirty cotton swab behind the bedside table when I arrived (you can check the picture). Staff was rude when I came a Saturday night (23h) to the hotel. Enough for me. A place that I won’t intend to come back.

Room is spacious. Location is great - close to the Australian Open Tennis venue. The room is clean. The room is very good for our purpose. There is a convenient store nearby as well. Overall we were happy with the facility

I generally don’t give negative reviews but this hotel was not great. The room was dingy and not clean. There were spiders in the room. The feel wasn’t great. It’s not expensive but It just didn’t feel great staying here with family. Would avoid.

When we arrive, no one in the reception, we need to use our roaming to call a local phone number for open the door for us at about 9pm. The water temperature of is not stable, I turn on the water and it get hotter and hotter. And worse case, our room no exhausting fan. I think the hotel should refund for us. Finally, I have to change a new hotel in Melbourne CBD.

Pleasant

No Microwave, Tv was not working, carpet and furniture was too old, chairs were broken.
