Quality Hotel Taylors Lakes

Staff was great. Access to the adjoining gym was a big plus! Shuttle to the airport.

The Hotel offers a free Airportshuttle which need to be booked 24 hours in advance. Which means for short therm bookings a nightmare.

The most comfortable bed we had slept in during our 3 week vacation

Billed as an airport hotel but it was a $40 cab ride

Hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend.

We got this hotel because of a canceled flight and the listed an airport shuttle. The shuttle didn't run late enough for our arrival or earlier enough for our departure.

the hotel is clean and comportable. and the staffs are very kind.

The staff. Hotel Employee at the front desk was lovely. The gym also.

Very nice room, very comfortable and clean.

If I could give a zero star I would as that is what they deserve.Our room air conditioner wasn’t cooling,we waited for 2 hours and when the room got unbearably hot and suffocating I called the reception.The front office Irene on duty spoke rudely without even trying to listen what the problem was and hang up the call on me.Few mins later a lady was sent to our room who had zero manners, Attitude to the highest level and spoke to us like it was our problem that the AC is not cooling.Few mins later Irene came to our room and behave like we were from the streets and this room was given to us for free in a big favour.We were so upset by their behaviours we stayed in the room with the AC not working.At night the weather got cold and the Aircon not functioning well couldn’t heat up the room, my kids felt so cold my son peed in his clothes.I am writing all this to give a wake up call to the owners of this place to understand and realise how their staff are actually behaving and treating their guests.Would never return to this hotel not recommend it to anyone.

Our flight was delayed so we ended up arriving after reception had closed, staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. Breakfast was sensationalRooms very clean and comfortable

Bed good, towels good, space good.

There were less number of options for Breakfast but what they served me was good.

Lovley room spacious, clean, big bathroom, comfy bed, short walk to bistro on site

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was big and clean secure facility and plenty of parking

The signage for directions to reception shoud be better. Very confusing seeing only signs for Taylors Lakes Hotel when you enter car park. No mention of Quality Hotel anywhere, which is the name I booked with.

Lady in reception was lovely and very helpful, the room was lovely and clean and comfortable and spacious

Very clean, modern and comfortable.

Shower curtain was too short and the water soaked the entire floor. Didn’t appreciate them taking. $50 deposit which would take ten days to be relayed back onto my credit card.

Location was great for our family Deb ball. Clean and quiet

Room was very clean. Plenty of soaps etc & lots of clean towels. Plates glasses & cutlery in room. Small balcony. Loved it. Close to shopping centre & available gym use.
