Best Western Plus Buckingham International

It was very clean and everything was organised. There were numerous PowerPoint's. Lots of different lighting options. The air conditioner was clean and no dust or build up at all.

The outside steps could do with a blow down/sweep clean. But honestly, they weren't bad. Just a mere suggestion. The yard was well kept, too.

The bed in the first room (single bedroom) that was offered to me, was only 180cm long!By far to short!Also was the room orientated to the Nepean Highway!But after a short request at the reception, I got another room, absolutely perfect!Very customer friendly service!

Great location, spacious and clean room, very modern interior, easy to find.

It was convenient for my purpose

The car park was bad. I had to walk around the back at night to park at the last spot. There was alot of lighting but I didn't like doing that by myself as a female. No chance of parking outside my own room.

It had a nice restaurant on site. I just had a single room which was small but had the essentials and a toaster and wine glasses as well as safe, ironing board and hanging room

It was a great location

The bed or bed sheets smelt like stale cigarette smoke. My son’s PJ’s reeked of smoke when we got home to wash everything and I kept waking up in the middle of the night smelling stale smoke.The room upstairs had lots of people constantly walking around and going I and out of the room, slamming their door until at least 1pm so we had a terrible sleep. I also had a shower when we got back to the motel and someone was smoking outside. The bathroom fan brought all the smoke into our bathroom and room.

I arrived at midday as I was down for a 2pm funeral. The receptionist was rude and was not interested in assisting me. When I asked if it was alright to leave my car she just said anywhere. I thought of parking it in the middle of the driveway. I had to ask what time they close and if no one was at reception when I return could I not have a key now, her response was just ring the door bell someone should be around.

Nice bright, clean room and good facilities. Staff were welcoming and super accommodating when I requested early check in and late check out.

Road noise late Saturday night being so close to the highway.

disappointing

VERY disappointed!!! the bed was VERY firm, and the room was like a cupboard, very small! single room BUT I expected more! we have stayed before and a double room which was amazing, so very disappointed

Thin walls

The room was incredibly clean, the beds and pillows were amazing, we requested a late check out the night before and yes that was no hassle either. 10+ Best Western Plus Buckingham International.... Well Done!Highly recommend.

Location good, breakfast good. Comfortable bed.

Bathroom had several dead flies on the floor, plus a couple of hairs. Spoke to 3 staff requesting a brush and shovel to sweep them up. Nobody spoke or understood English. Very tricky.

Room was with kitchenet facility and shower had hot water all the time. Bed linens were clean. Every room has T.V.However, shower size was small.

Room was not ready by 2 pm because of hotel fully booked and shortage of cleaner.

Great location for transport and shops. Bed was comfortable and had all the basics we needed. Shower very good. Staff very helpful when we arrived.

Only issue was the dirty shower niche.

The room was clean and a good size. Room service was great and food from the snack menu was very nice. Staff were friendly.

Courtyard seating area under tree. The staff responded quickly when we requested linen.

Buffet breakfast not available after paying for it.Small bathroom. Rooms aren't sound proof. Coffe was not nice. The "continental breakfast".... only included toast, cereal & old with warm yoghurt. The restaurant wasn't open Sundays and public holidays. Also the "24 hour room service was non-existent. There were bags of washing outside scattered everywhere outside of the room for most of the day. And finally a staff member woke us up at 7 am asking if we're checking out.

Our regular accommodation in Melbourne. The improvements continue to progress gradually, making it more comfortable each time. Due to a medical emergency, the manager very kindly pulled strings to extend our stay without changing rooms.

Great Location with train station in easy walking distance. we were staying in the area for golf course access.Great facilities with bar and restaurant within premises.
