Ciloms Airport Lodge Melbourne Airport

So clean, beautiful location. Wonderful staff

Nice coffee and restaurant staff.

Could have helped with taking luggage upstairs for me.

This is a basic hotel for access to the airport. Big room (1 double, 2 singles), very clean. Good sound proofing to outside but a bit of internal noise transfer from above. Bathroom needs updating but adequate for needs. Excellent service from young woman at check in who helped accomodate our camper trailer.

Breakfast was very average. Unfortunately brings down overall score.

Needed a stay near the airport for an early flight. Great to have a shuttle service that was reliable and friendly. The food at Tulla Cafe was value for money and tasted great.

I needed more time to utilize the other facilities at the motel.

Courtsey bus

Meal at restaurant was discusting and was sent back

Great location for the airport. Shuttle worked well.

There were sugar ants in the bathroom.

Nice and close to the airport. Free shuttle service And car parking for $11 a day.

There wasn’t a lot on the menu at the restaurant that catered for GF or DF

Everything!!!!Close to airport...a shuttle bus if needed.Rooms were very spacious. We had dinner at the bistro...expectations were low but the food was absolutely incredible.Staff were so friendly at check in.Amazing value for price.Would definitely stay here againThankyou ❤️

Very close to the airport, great service for the shuttle.

Needs a bit of updating and the noise from the hallway of other people talking travels into your room and is quite loud.

Access to airport. Parking facilities. Dining room on site

Noisy from aircraft on upper level

Great place. Close to airport, free shuttle bus. Bed was comfy.

Location - excellent for our purpose . We went to Melbourne to surf at Urbansurf and this is right across the road ! We would definately stay again . We loved the complimentary bus to and from the airport that accommodated our gear and surfboards as well

The Restuarant on site only provided its main menu after 5 pm . They did have a light menu available at other times that was mostly deep fried food . Would be nice to have a healthy salad option at lunchtime

Our second stay here. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Fantastic location and easy to get to. Very clean and tidy.Thank you. We will be back again.

Great hotel with nice staff

Gym was very old with limited equipment

Convenient to the airport, with a shuttle service provided and being able to leave our car. Nice spacious room, comfortable and clean.On-site bistro with good variety of food available.Would recommend and stay again.

Nothing negative

Close proximity to airport.

Restaurant overcrowded, hard to get served. Wait time too long.

Proximity to airport, restaurant on site, quiet, always feel welcomed, staff are obliging and courteous. Shuttle bus is a plus, as is parking options.

Close to airport. Staff lovely to deal with. Clean rooms. Ammenities.

The single beds were very uncomfortable.

Communication with the hotel was excellent and the shuttle bus driver was very pleasant and assisted with our bags. The room was tidy and clean. The cafe area was very good and food was great. Apart from the pool area and maybe this was just a lack of staff at the time we would return and hopefully this would have improved. Otherwise a great stay and value for money.

The pool itself is a great size and the addition of the spa is good but the area around the pool was dirty and needed a sweep and mop and there were tumbleweeds in and around the pool. There was also what we think were salt flakes in the spa so this was not very inviting to sit in. There was also leaves and dirt in the deep end of the pool and considering the pool is indoors we would have expected better as it is not open to the elements. It needs a clean and more decoration. Better seating - maybe some sun lounges to relax on. More could be done with this area with limited expense.

Airport shuttle was easy and leaves regularly

Soul less rooms
