Cleanliness, ease of parking,location

Great restaurant for a kosher eater (and even non kosher). Tasty, well presented and generous servings. Well presented rooms. Location very good - close to all synagogues in the area and cafes and restaurants - sometimes need a car

In both rooms the mattresses were well used and so uncomfortable. The lights in the bathroom were so warm and weak that it was difficult to see if makeup applied correctly, difficult for men to shave well.

We stayed here purely to be close to the reception of our friends wedding nearby. It was a comfortable 3 night stay. Car parking was great as it's all open without height restrictions. We have a rooftop tent and large 4WD and had no issues. There is a restaurant on site downstairs that you can actually eat at. They don't offer room service. The prices are quite high but it's nice to know they have a restaurant. We ordered uber daily without fuss to save on some costs.

It would have been nice for the staff to tell us at check in that there was a restaurant on site to dine at. We only found it by mistake while we were exploring the hotel.

We stayed twice. The second time we had a two room apartment, lots of room, very well equipped

The pool and spa were OK although the pool was not 100% clean.

It was advertised as an apartment, but it was really only a motel room with a spa. The spa/shower had a very high edge which made it difficult to access. It really needed a step. The doorstop was located directly in front of the toilet which meant numerous toe stubbings.There was no table to eat anything although kitchenware was provided. The outside table was not suitable for weather conditions. One of the bowls was severely chipped. Washing up had to be done in the bathroom sink.For over $300 a night we expected much better.

There was about 6 hairs in the shower.

Room was clean and a inviting . Bed was comfy . Easy access to room . plenty of car parking.

Two thumbs up no complaints.

They are currently renovating and building works was happening near our room which woke us up.

I liked the parking, it was nice and I felt safe parking my car there. Very close to the hotel -the one worker we saw the trip was nice and that was when we checked in.

-advertised with robes and slippers we only got slippers -the spa was abit too small and the shower was in the spa which made it very uncomfy to shower -the pool shut at 9 and opened at 9 which is quite normal but I would’ve liked to have been able to swim earlier/later -the room didn’t have a kitchen space or anywhere to prepare food. Came with a microwave and a fridge and there was moreSpace to iron your clothes then to make a meal. There was a coffee station yet there was so little space we couldn’t even make one. Had to DoorDash every night and for lunch -the bathroom had no fan so when the spa was on it got so hot and we had to keep the door open-the soap dispenser stopped working -the tv had no Netflix etc.. I mean sure that’s ok we’ll just watch normal tv but wait we won’t cause the only channels are jazz, 9 and abc for kids.. no 7 which was quite annoying. So not able to watch anything -there was no room service (food) other than the little milk bar thing which supplied drinks -no water except for the bathroom sink-very dimly lit at night there was one main light then 4 lamps -nothing nearby.. can’t walk anywhere cause it’s abit of a sketchy area -went to check out and nothing was mentioned about our $200 security deposit.. still haven’t gotten it back however is probs cause it’s a Sunday

Staff were friendly, facilities clean. Would recommend staying there. Easy access to the tram networ

We loved everything about property, from the comfort of the beds and cleanliness of the room to the reception area.

We didn’t like the pool area as it needed maintenance, all rails in pool & also the entrance rail to the spa needed tightening and also pool needed cleaning and spa wasn’t warm.

The pool was great, nice and clean washing machines available

The only thing is 2 of us ended up with ear infections, probably from pool

we are not 5 star people and us this place was perfect- comfortable clean and quiet

it was extremely hot day 41 and some airconditioning was needed in the lift
