The apartment was dirty and very unclean, microwave was [putrid, walls and facilities unclean. 3 people stayed only 2 towells, harldy any cutlery or crockery, we could hear people in apartment above using the toilet and shower!! I would not stay here again I was very unhappy with the place and not happy having my kids stay here.

Big spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms.

A little dated and there was an iron burn mark on the carpet.

Bathroom was huge & as noted in the description included a washing machine & dryer.No complaints on the water pressure, there was a lot of it.Bed comfortable & kitchen was fully operational. Apartment was at the back of the property, no noise at all could be heard from the outside which made for a comfortable sleep.

Bed was comfortable enough, but the pillow selection wasn't great (all high profile and dense).The room really wasn't as stated, noted 1 BR apartment in the photos it was seperated, however the reality was it was all in one room.Kitchen only had 1 fork and 1 plate and 2 of everything else. The water temperature for hot was BOILING!The pressure was that good that when you turned the shower on it sprayed all the way to the other side and wet everything in the bathroom.The door was really hard to open to get in (looks like someone has kicked the door in and replaced the whole locking mechanism and hasn't shaved off enough of the frame.We covered the couch in a blanket - THERE WERE A LOT OF STAINS..... It could use a dry clean.

Friendly staff in a good location

I’m not sure how this place got 4 stars, I didn’t want to touch anything, carpet was ripped, stains everywhere (floor, couches, curtains). Balcony door was broken and hard to close, even harder to lock, bedroom wardrobe door broken, dirty walls, dirty air conditioner, mould in shower grout. Was concerned about lack of security as well.

Very tired, confronted by dirty linen outside our room? Waiting for the laundry?

Grubby, bed clean & comfortable. Carpet ragged. Needs more Reno.

Over all it was clean & comfortable enough for our quick 1 night stay amd we were upgraded to a double room which was nice but the bathroom could definitely do with a bit of maintenance.

Location

There was mould in the bathroom and kitchen, the couch was filthy, marks on doors and walls, it was really run down.

Location for a family event

Where shall I start ?the first apartment 31 the door on the balcony had been jemmied so did not close or lock and the whole apartment was grimy. We asked for another apartment and were given 25. This was slightly better but grimy and because we couldn’t get anywhere else we had no choice. Glen 20, Antiseptic wipes, Insect spray and air freshener and new pillows were purchased to make it bearable to sleep there. This is rated as Four Star and called International, what a joke and disgrace. We didn’t say anything to the staff as they obviously considered it acceptable especially the reaction to the jemmied door ?BOOKING . COM you need to revisit this establishment as we wouldn’t rate it 1 Star and has to be the worst place we have ever stayed. I have photos of apartment 25 and sadly I didn’t take any of 31Don’t waste your money staying here !!!

The accommodation was dated and the furniture was old, worn and uncomfortable. The microwave did not work. The apartment was not clean and it was very dark and depressing.

Location and plenty of space.

The room was a little dated. The lighting was really bad and very dim - I’d suggest replacing the light bulbs with energy efficient lighting which would be a bit brighter. Also would have liked to have had more milk supplied. It gets a bit noisy in the car park with the restaurant open on the premises.

We ended up getting a refund as the unit we were given was unclean and the lounge was so old and dirty they had a blanket over it to cover the marks!!!! The beds weren't made and the bathroom was filthy with mould so we insisted on a full refund and moved to another hotel ! It was not anything like the pictures on bookings.com and appears that people live here permanently , this hotel is 1 star for location only for location !

Close to the shopping centre. It's OK for the price but not great. Free parking. Staff were nice.

The whole place needs an upgrade and a good clean. There were ants walking all over the bathroom, carpets and walls dirty and stained. Bed broken and mattress sinks in the middle and the furniture is old and stained. The glass door had cracked glass with sticky tape. The rooms look nothing like the pictures online.

It was a large room, close to where we needed to be and wasn’t too expensive. The shower pressure was great.

Absolutely no soundproofing and no staff on site to enforce the policies/rules. No extra pillows and the ones provided were very old/flat/ lumpy

there was nothing within walking distance. the soap wasn't the best for showering, no lock on the backdoor security door.

Great location for our needs, would highly recommend for patients/families at Vermont Private. On-site restaurant has beautiful food at good price. Easy to get to.
