Checking in was a disgrace very dissapointed as iv stayed here before witout any issue untill now will not stay again

Lovely location. Walks along the lake, lots of wildlife, an arboretum close by.

The only criticism was the bathroom and the shower - very dated and less than functional.

Wonderful service, super friendly and helpful staff, perfectly equipped apartments, kitchen, etc., great grounds, views and balcony. Staff was so helpful, outstanding! The price was amazing for the large 2 story apartment you get, the courtyard/garden is beautiful. Parking is free and right in front of the apartments. I highly recommend staying here!

The team was friendly and helpful. The facilities available were fantastic, more than we expected. Our room was comfortable and clean. They went out of their way to accommodate my mum's needs.

We had specific requests for our mum. The information provided by some of the team members leading up to our stay was confusing. I thought it was sorted, but then someone new would call and ask the same questions, and it appeared our booking was being amended. It worked out extremely well, but a little stressful before the stay.

Property was specious with 2 bedroom and kids loved it , great location with free parking .

I wish the pool was heated to get used in all seasons and had lighting around it to brighten it up .

I loved the apartment it was massive and clean and well equipped, lovely view

pool was not clean, was not their fault as they had been let down, but i was very disappointed as that is why i booked it!

Everything! The layout of the rooms, the amenities - everything was great. The whole property was nice and quiet even with multiple sports teams staying at the same time - everyone was respectful. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was spacious, and there was plenty of parking with no tight squeezes.

Was pretty hard to get hot water in the shower - we showered at many different times of day and even at 3:30am with only the hot tap on it was still warm at best.

It was quite spacious and fairly clean. Decking, railings and windows need cleaning. Bedrooms upstairs. Good location to walk to town, 30 min.

Excellent location, good facilities and great value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.

The bathrooms were a bit small.

Lovely presentation, easy access to Williamstown beach and short drive to Freeway. Nice outlook over the wetlands to the bay. Would stay again for sure.

I really liked the location It was quite and the walk through the gardens / lake Was wonderful after a long drive

Great area for children to run and play especially after a 4 hour long car ride to get there. 3 bedroom apartment was very good size with plenty of room.

This really is an exceptional place to stay and we would definitely book here again. The benefits of having a self contained and well equipped apartment, combined with the housekeeping and reception staff of a very good hotel, made it a perfect base from which to explore the area.

There was nothing not to like … except leaving.

Proximity to where we were going. Nice quiet spot great view, staff were amazing were able to check in early which was fantastic as we were attending a lunchtime function. Clean and comfortable bed, great amenities.
