Fantastic location!! You can take a tram to CBD at the corner and be there in 22 mins. Many really good restaurants around, like N&T, Dawson, among others. With great food and service. There is a supermarket, bakery and shops a block away.

I wish I had arranged for cleaning but I did not have time.

Car parking could not be rserved, was first come, first serve... which is not very helpful when the intention is to go out for the evening.

I've stayed here many times on work trips and will continue to do so, friendly staff, always clean and a great location.

Bed was very comfortable, close to trams into CBD and buses to Collingwood/Fitzroy etc. Really large room which is good, had a couch. Parking included in price. When we had a slight problem with the shower, staff dealt with it very promptly.

The unit was serviceable but well worn. Some of the furniture was chipped or scratched. Inside the wardrobe door was graffiti. The grout in all the tiled areas was stained / discoloured. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were the worst I have ever had in hotel accommodation. Even when they were replaced upon request, they were no better. And for some strange reason, they all had external paper casing. For a 2 night stay we had to ask for towel replacement, and a refill for tea, coffee and sugar. While there was an adequate supply of crockery and cutlery, it was all mismatched. The vase in the corner of the kitchen bench had obviously been used with dried up bits in the bottom. The manager was friendly and helpful. It would have been beneficial to have a booklet with hotel information, local eateries and places of interest. Surprisingly enough, even though we were booked in for 2 nights, we were informed in an email on the following morning that we had to checkout by 10 a.m. When questioned wr were told it was a computer glitch that they didn't understand either. All in all, a very mediocre experience.

The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and accommodating. I had a package scheduled for collection, and the receptionist went out of his way to assist me. He not only allowed me to leave it safely at the front desk but also made sure to point it out to the delivery driver when they arrived, ensuring everything went smoothly

Overall good value room, staff were good and quick to request. Also had free parking which was great. Recommended

Its a bit outdated, a reno wouldn't hurt.

Great location and although close to Kew junction, trams and public transport, my stay was very quiet and comfortable.

There is at least one flight of stairs from car park to reception. There is no lift so not suitable for all, please plan accordingly.

There were tiny cockroaches all over the room — on the bed, towels, and even in the bathroom. It was really uncomfortable and unhygienic. Also, the toilet flush didn’t work properly. Definitely not a pleasant stay.
