Good floor space in 'executive' apartment.

Good facilities - comfy, relaxing & there was a bathtub - yay for me as I love a good soak.

No in-house breakfast bar but a very crowded cafe nearby - service at this cafe was bad - waiting for a coffee for about 20 mins.

very close to CBD and riverfront and restaurants

lack of housekeeping, had to ask for towels and garbage takeout, think of it more as an airbnb then traditional hotel with services

Location and well kept

The lifts are not great, needing to swipe and hit level multiple times due to bad reads. Confused other patrons as well.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were working from the hotel for over a week and nearby construction was making it a bit difficult so they upgraded our room and moved us to a higher floor. They also provided a more comfortable chair for working.

Fantastic location a short walk to the arts centre precinct and also a short walk to southbank.Hotel is in a quiet area at night which we really liked.The room was a fantastic size with a small balcony that you could sit outside on.Locked foyer also made us feel very safe.Lovely toiletries in the bathroom and the entire apartment had a lovely aroma.

The location is walkable to many restaurants, the downtown core, the botanical garden, the river, and art museum. There is a gym and sauna onsite. The unit was spacious and had a kitchen.

No complaints.

Bed configuration was done as requested, rooms were big, plenty of room to move around. Huge kitchen with full cooking facilities, & nice big lounge area with plenty of seating.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The room wasnt set up as requested and the shower was cold in the morning

Apartment was clean and ample bathrooms to accommodate a group of 6 pax.

You should provide proper knives - at least one. Car park was terrible.

After an ORDEAL at another apartment booking. We booked Quest last minute and we were blown away with the apartment.Beautiful space, comfortable beds and a great sized kitchen.The staff were so wonderful and accommodating

Great location for us. Handy to the Tram and Bus stops.Staff were friendly and helpful. Advised the best tram to get to the city etc and were always handy to help us.Definitely a change from other places that don't have any staff front of house. They made our stay so much more pleasant.

Domenic was so friendly & helpful at reception. We were able to leave our luggage & we didn’t return until 8pm. He had delivered our bags to our room. Placed our wine in the fridge to chill. Much appreciated. Assisted with where to have breakfast which was also excellent with the vouchers made it very reasonable & right next door.
