Convenient location and good price

Good location. Comfy bed.

Water issues with the showers. They did call ahead and say there were issues, you had to run the shower on hot for 10 minutes before the water came on…

Staff, location to train and bus stations, supermarkets when necessary, and room (downstairs).

Mattress was a little too soft for me. Else great.

Minor -The free drink $10 drink voucher spent at the Gaming room produced the worst scotch and coke and rum and coke I've ever had. I blame the post mic coke

Great location in close proximity to Chadstone Shopping Centre. The rooms were a good size for two people, and were clean and comfortable. The onsite bistro at Matthew Flinders Hotel had a great pub menu and the food was excellent.

No undercover parking.

Pity the air conditioner was noisy so we had to turn it off.Did need it on though as it was a warm night

The location is very strategic (close to bus stop, train station, shopping centres, etc) and the room is clean and comfortable

Sometimes have to wait for the staf a bit long. But they are helpful

Great location. Close to the railway and walking distance to shops. Having the bistro in the hotel was convenient. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Beds and pillows were way too soft. One of the rooms we booked was not cleaned very well on one of the days we were there.

Clean and nicely refurbished. Comfy bed, pillows & bed linen.Was able to get a lovely meal sent to my room.Budget friendly and all the staff I came in contact with were so lovely.

Got a bit of noise from people in the car park area late at night and too early in the morning for me! Lol

Great clean facilities. New bathrooms and close to shops and food outlets if the club doesn’t suit your appetite.

The hotel suited our needs, just a 1 night stop over. Clean rooms and friendly helpful staff.

Unfortunately you can’t control the people staying in the rooms around you. Hear every noise around you and should there be people in the room above you, be prepared to hear every one of their foot steps.

Location was perfect for my stay in Melbourne The Hotel itself was good but closed early.

It was very handy to where we had to go. It is also very close to shops, eateries, and chemist.Staff were friendly.

It would have been good to have some signage for the far end stairs...if there was some, I didnt see it.The sheer curtain in our room was very torn, it would have been better appearance wise if that was replaced.
