the spacious rooms and the close proximity of where we were going on the weekend
Spacious room, parking front of the room.
cold water tap of shower not working, hot shower. Damage in walls and benches.
Spacious tidy room, with an aircon I could barely hear when it was on. Manager was super friendly and helpful.
Traffic noise was a little loud.
It was close to where we needed to go.
I was uncomfortable because the room was dirty. We had to clean when we arrived. Dirty glasses, surfaces, goop on the mirror, Dusty and cobwebs. Tap was kind of broken etc
Good location
Room was filthy. Cobwebs everywhere. Spiders. Rubbish under the bed and lounge. Bathroom leaked whilst in shower. Booked for 3 guests - only two cups and two chairs. When I asked for another cup she looked at me like a moron. Not sure if these rooms are ever clean
It was close to where we needed to be
Dirty , unmaintained very very dated , it’s been a long time since I have been anywhere with blankets not a quilt , the toilet rim was disgusting looked like no one had ever cleaned under the rim
The location
Location was good but bed wasn’t great and the marks on the wall next to the toilet were concerning. When you flushed the toilet water ran on to the floor and down the drain. We didn’t try the food.
The location was relevant to where I needed to be.
I was disappointed with the room - light globes missing, cobwebs, no grate on the spindle in basin, bed cover did not fit the bed and on it goes. Surely some of the above are health and safety issues.
Great price location cleanliness and plenty of space no complaints here
Lovely staff, always smiling.
The only thing I didn't like was the portacot provided was from the early 90s, safe to say my daughter didn't sleep in it as it's older than me
Very pleasant surroundings; waking to the chirping of the birds and being a reasonable distance from the road amongst the established trees. Also liked the continuous verandah running the full length at the front of the rooms.Split system air conditioning was quiet and effective. The carpet was in good condition and clean. The bed was "Goldilocks" comfortable.
In room 16 the hot water took at least 5 minutes to come through.
Easy to find, and loads of parking space
Poor mobile internet service, and wifi was just as bad
Good location. Suitable for family and kids.
Very old
Nice and cozy, old school and the beds were very comfortable.
Some parts weren’t clean but didn’t bother us since we stayed only the night
Not a lot really!
The drawers in bathroom had dirt and hair in them, the bedding had some white crusty stuff on it. The bathroom overall was not clean - needs a serious scrub with bleach! Beds were super uncomfortable and the linen cupboard was dirty beyond use.
Location was good
Not very clean toilet constantly running shower not good cobwebs in the windows no kitchen utensils
Very comfortable, not ultra modern, but very warm and inviting, beautifully presented, fantastic owner, operator management skills, with very friendly, professional, experienced service manner, I'd highly recommend Melaleuca Lodge for a stay, or other booking options and services, yes there is some infrastructure projects required to be completed, however Melaleuca Lodge was a very peaceful, relaxing stay.
Nothing really! However Melaleuca Lodge is not for those looking for Ultra modern accommodation. Otherwise it's a beautiful Lodge, would be great for family stays, or those who appreciate privacy and beautiful gardens and surroundings. Ki
Location and staff
Holes in bathroom door, walls grubby old and outdated. Unmatched glassware, Needs a complete update.
