Rowville International Hotel

The only reason we chose this hotel was because of the location being close to where we wanted to visit.

We woke up with bites all over our bodies from some sort of bed bug. The A/C in the room was also placed in an awkward place, completely blocked by a column and the room temperature was very uneven.

Clean, helpful staff, good location

The beds were horrendous. My daughter didn't sleep at all the first night. The sides of the beds were sloped so if there was 2 In the bed you had to hang on or slide off. 2nd night she had my bed and I slept on the.floor which was more comfortable than clinging to the side with my other daughter.

Cleanliness standards very high, property is showing its age and in -room equipment - TV etc is very dated, needs a revamp

Traffic noise was quite intense at busy times

Gentleman at reception was lovely it was clean and comfortable

That it was a good location, exceptionally friendly staff that go above and beyond. Clean

Location was close to an event we had on. reception staff were responsive.

When we arrived one of the rooms in our apartment was locked and inaccessible. Had to go to reception to get it unlocked. We also noticed a lot of unclean areas (makeup on walls, stains on floors etc) and even an entire roll of toilet paper that looked soiled and just placed back on the shelf.

Thank you reception staff for the excellent service! You went above and beyond!The rooms were clean and comfortable and the roll-away bed was perfect.

Dated but very clean, I actually love the red carpet and rought iron look, so cliche’ . Then the green floors in the rooms and the polished timber furniture screamed “ watergate “ . The beds were really comphy, would have loved some water pressure but still a great shower. Very clean and very accommodating staff.

My boyfriend and I booked at 9pm and checked in around 9;30pm on that night as we got locked out of our house. The receptionist, Erick was there to serve us and gave us upgraded room for us even though we didn’t ask. Since we checked in late and asked him if we could slightly check out later than 10oclock, he answered, “Yes” without any hesitation. Thank you very much, Erik!

The wall is quite thin to hear next room’s TV. It woke us up at 4 am.

It had all the facilities we wanted. Comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom Big room and bathroom

Carpet was old Toilet holder was not holding the paper. Falling off. Curtain was not hooked in at one end. Only one bedside table even though two bedsThere was an air conditioning unit but no instructions about how to turn on heating .

Convenient to family nearby. Spacious, clean.

Noisy road out front.

Great location in the heart of Rowville . As the hotel is still very new it was extremely clean and spacious.I was provided with an upgrade and the room was perfect, very quiet and comfortable. From the room I couldn't hear the street noise at all, amazing.Thank you , great team .

I loved everything from customer service , cleanliness of the whole place, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, parking just outside the room.

Friendly staff, clean room, nice shower with good water pressure.

Very great location and good value for money beds were very comfy and enough space for our 2 year old to still have space to play around

Excellent stay from start to finish. The room was clean, modern and well set up, with everything we needed for a comfy stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made getting around easy. Slept well and would happily stay here again.

The restaurant has been temporarily closed, but it was not a big deal with plenty of food options close by.

Everything is absolutely amazing at this place! I literally cannot find anything negative about it. Service is top notch, cleanliness is excellent, entirely family-friendly, safety never compromised and the hotel goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience, compromising wherever possible. Great memories and highly recommended. Keep it up, team!

Position was great close to venue I was attending.

I don't believe the carpet had been vaccumed and was very badly stained. The bed head needed cleaning. Curtains ripped should be replaced. Pillows on bed not the best.

Value for money. Clean and plenty of parking.

No breakfast.
