It was located well and staff were helpful.

The place is appalling, dirty dated dusty with cracked tiles, water stain chairs and ripped curtains black mould everywhere, it should be condemned and I am furious that it cost so much I could have stayed in a modern hotel in the city with breakfast

I’m extremely happy with our stay at this hotel because aside from being affordable and very close to the town, they are also very honest. My husband accidentally left his watch in the room, and the staff immediately called us and sent it through AusPost right away. The receptionist was also very kind—actually, all of the staff were ?☺️

This is a decent hotel-apartment, with large room and kitchen facilities. The location is East Melbourne, in a nice and quiet street, about 30-40 minute-walk from downtown, with a better option to take a tram or light train at Jolimont stop nearby, which goes all the way to Southern Cross station and city centre.

There is no elevator, I was lucky to be on the ground floor. Notably insufficient number of electric sockets is availed in the room. TV channels do not include a choice of news channels. The safety box is available uncomfortably at the floor level. Important to note that there is no receptionist early morning and after 5 PM. Once the lock of the entrance door was jammed, it took some time to exit the building, which was quite an unpleasant experience.

Great location, parking

Only 2 towels for 3 night stay, 2 small packets of shampoo. No staff on hand to ask for more. Tub/shower somewhat dangerous- have to climb up and over onto wet floor because water gets around shower panel

Property was a bit aged but clean. It was also close to the MCG

Location was perfect for what we needed for that stay close to where we were going, room was good clean bed was super soft and comfortable, not a modern/up class room but clean and tidy we would stay there again. It more of a student dorm.style with small kitchenette

Charging for parking in car spot when we booked in and no room to turn car around unless parking out front.

Great location. Had everything you need, spacious even after squeezing in a little kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood.

Bed was too firm for my liking

Always stay here when in Melbourne. Location is perfect and so close to tram/train stations, MCG and Tennis center. The rooms are clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Staff are always friendly and very helpful with your needs.

Beautiful surroundings walking distance through the park to the CBD. 300 meters to the tram.. Small kitchenette.

Close to every thing

The floor plan associated with the booking wasn’t correct. It indicated we had 2 b/room, but didn’t. The 2 b/room was floor plan for a family room.Not happy.

Great location, good kitchenette, staff are always friendly and helpful.

Shower is quite small and low and difficult for my tall husband to use.

Ease of booking

Hot water was a bit hit and miss. Tried different combinations to get a warm shower. Was not successful in the 5 nights I was there.

There were no face washers and the door to bathroom kept getting stuck..the driveway was terrible un even made it hard for my walker.
