checking was easy, location was brillant and the atmosphere made us feel like we were somewhere special.

asking staff for an extra pillow and towel was met with a reaction like I was asking for their first born. they didn't really want to do it, though in the end they did.

Location was excellent, staff were helpful

The air con wasn’t working so it made it very unpleasant to sleep. Also asked for a second key as there were two couples but there wasn’t one available

The price vs quality relationship is balanced. Not the best property I have stayed but i was looking for something affordable and this did it. The after-hours (6pm) check in process is a little convoluted for the first time, but eventually all went well. The staff available on call was very helpful.

Just a tad old and basic, but not a drama. The sliding door between the bedroom and kitchen/living was broken and wouldn't close.

Great location. Very clean and amazing price. Right across the road from the hotel there’s are 2-3 restaurants and cafe and a supermarket. I will definitely be rebooking when I’m visiting again.

The fridge had food remains in it and the freezer has 1 frozen coke bottle in it.But that didn’t really bother me as everything else was great.

Didnt have water when we arrived, one of the lights switches wouldn't turn off and wasn't clean properly. Also I haven't received my $50 deposit and will be chasing that up

Parking was good room was great nice a central.

The location of the property is excellent. Close to shops, entertainment, facilities and public transport. The rooms are very well resourced i.e. stove, washer and dryer, air conditioning/heating. Very spacious sized rooms. The staff are all very pleasant individuals.

I don't understand why maintenance and cleanliness continue to be a problem. There are aspects of the property that are literally falling apart and several aspects of the property that were actually dirty. Whereas other aspects of the property were really great. It is unclear as to why these matters continue to occur. It is not rocket science to keep the property clean (throughout) and well maintained. It is pointless "thanking" people for their online reviews and saying that matters will be fixed - when they aren't.

The walls need painting —— the carpets in the lifts hallways and parts of the room need cleaning .They were badly stained The room need a paint and the cleaning is very poor

How unclean the public areas were

the bed was comfortable, late checkout was available and access was easy. a little noisy at night but slept well

Excellent location near to public transport. Clean, quiet.

Instructions for entry were ambiguous. We expected there to be a reception and were not given information to access our room. This took 45 minutes to obtain and there were no clear instructions in the lobby to explain what to do if there was an issue.

very disappointed with cleanlinessno bed head as per photos, marks on walls, terrible shower.

Dated and needing lots of repairs- room chain lock taken off, lift buttons broken, iron broken ect.

I did not stay at the property. I picked up a key from an illegal tobacco shop walked up to the apartment open the door. It was not what it was meant to be went back and dropped off the key at the Lego tobacco and vape shop and I’m still getting refused a refund. The lady owner called me that day and said she would give me a refund. I need this money ASAP. It’s over $2000 considering the trouble I have there should be paying me more. This is a legal not only from the property winter is illegal for other people that do other jobs and I’ll be calling the police if nobody contacts me.

Location really good for us as Son had apartment in building next door.

Light in master bedroom was permanently on. Had to use circuit breaker panal to turn it off.

There was NO hot water... Receptionist was clearly used to this complain... apparently an old building, we got offered a key to another room that we could go down in the list to use. Rubbish from previous guest was in the binds when we arrived. leaking toilet, run down, tiered , cracks, dents, holes in furniture, walls
