There is a free hotel shuttle to take us from the airport to the hotel.

1. There are no restaurants around the hotel. There is a food truck outside the hotel and frozen TV dinner for purchase at the hotel lobby.2. I need to go to the airport at 8 am on January 24 the hotel shuttle was unavailable.3. The hotel room was not made up on January 23. I returned to the hotel late on January 23. No housekeeping was available to provide clean towels. I have to get clean towels from the receptionist in the morning of January 24.4. The front desk initially refused to let me check in at 11:30 am and wanted to charged me AUD $ 60 for early check in. I have communicated with the hotel that I would arrive early but have received confirmation for early check in. The front desk later let me check in at 1 pm.

Cleanliness and staff assistance, as he explained why he couldn't give all the rooms on one floor, and extended complimentary gestures!

the rooms and process is good and exactly as expected. not luxurious, but clean, neat, semi modern, and professional. I often stay at the quest, but mightn't going forward due to uncomfy bed.

The bed was uncomfortable, and also was 2x single beds joint together which kept splitting apart. We stayed 2x nights and couldn't wait to get out of there due to the uncomfy, hard, and split bed.

Could possibly upgrade from curtains to blinds, but that wasn’t a dislike, just an observation.

Unfortunately, there was nothing particularly positive that stood out during my stay.

The property had multiple issues that made the stay quite unpleasant. We checked in at around 4:00 AM and were strictly required to check out by 10:00 AM without any flexibility. They charged an additional AU$60 just to extend our stay by two hours. Furthermore, although we paid for breakfast for four people, the hotel only provided breakfast for one person and the breakfast was served from a cart outside the hotel. The location is also quite isolated, about 45 minutes from Melbourne city center during peak hours. The staff were not cooperative and not available around the clock, and we had to collect our key from a box outside the hotel with minimal assistance. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel at all.

For my purposes, the apartment meet all my needs with the washer, dryer, full kitchen, separate bedroom, patio. Having angels brew food truck right at the front is perfect.

The only thing I would want changed is, I would like to see the shuttle available on the weekends.

It was available & the price wasn't bad.

There is no service, no restaurant, bar, gym, nothing. The room was OK, it was clean. I thought it was closer to the airport too.

Very good location with access to petrol stations to top up my rental to full tank before returning the car. Friendly staff at the check in/checkout counter.

Since this hotel can be good for flight exchanges in Australia better to have a shuttle service in longer periods a day

Regarding my recent two-night reservation, I received a call from the manager requesting an early check-out. Furthermore, the room was serviced, and some personal items appear to have been removed.

Near the airport

We arrived early morning around 5:30am and although we booked for one night before, the reception staff forgot to leave the room keys in the locker box “ simply forgot “ and we were struggling to get the room keys specially the reception was totally closed and we waited long time outside after 16 hours flight. We the reception desk opened they said sorry the staff “ FORGOT “ to put the keys for you. This is unacceptable behavior from the hotel.

Great location for airport pick up. Reception was very accommodating. Big room was very good. supplied extra towels on request. Very happy overall.

Unclean toaster with food stuff all over the outside of the toaster. Milk sashets were frozen but the reception was good enough to replace over and above.

It was clean & comfortable

You definitely need to sound proof your walls between rooms. Got very little sleep, due to the very intimate couple next door proving how much they enjoyed being together.

Website is not specific which room are pet friendly. I booked the room with "pet allowed" then later I was asked for room upgrade for my pup. I don't really mind, but it should have been specified from the start to avoid the confusion.
