Check in process was smooth. The room was large, air-conditioned, and filled with light with a choice to use blackout curtains. Having a cafe next door was handy. The area was quiet.

The smell. The room was ridiculously small. A microwave and a bar fridge dies not equate to a kitchenette. There were no glasses or cups wfor a drink.

I accidentally left medication in a draw in the kitchen and called up that afternoon to ask to post at my expense to find out they never seen it or it was binned. It was very important as I just had surgery but they weren’t helpful and it wasn’t found

Location is very convenient the room is big

The parking space is limited and difficult to access not only because it is one way but also a narrow lane. I had to get somebody help me drive through the lane to the back of the building. Last but not least, there is No 24 hour check in After 7pm,

I booked the hotel based on the car parking availability. It was appalling, I had a mid size SUV access was via the exit which took multiple manoeuvres. The hotel itself was little better than a 2 star based on facilities it was looking dated.

Location was great with sport complexes within easy walking distance. Parks lovely & food too.

The aircon was broken, dripping with water, the smell of the room is awful, smells of cigarette 3rd hand smoke at sticked to the carpet, and curtains and the walls. It was hard for us to sleep due to awful smell plus the sound of the water dripping from the ac made it worse. Also the apartment was dirty and dusty especially the kitchen area, the exhaust if filled with dust and the curtains are so dirty they look muddy, it looked like it had nit been washed for decades

Bed was too soft. The bathroom door was broken so no privacy. Room condition-A bit shabby.

Beautiful staff. Comfortable bed. Great water pressure in shower. Little cafe made great coffee.

Strange not nice smell in the hall ways. One window didn't open. Car parking was very tight, couldn't open door to get in (climbed across from passenger side)

After hours check-in was very easy with clear instructions provided. Room was large and comfortable, excellent water pressure in the shower and a great city fringe location. Also price was pretty decent considering peak summer season with the Australian Open final as well.

We like the property because it is close to the city. Everything is easily accessible. It makes the stay very convenient.

The air conditioning does not work at all. The toilet smells, and the toilet brush is visibly dirty. Staff enter our room without knocking, and there is no “do not disturb” sign. The toilet also makes loud noises throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.

Great location. Clean. Great staff. And very very comfortable beds!
