Best Western Melbourne Airport Motel and Convention

It was a layover as we had an early flight the next day. Service was fantastic, the restaurant was great, the room comfortable. Cannot fault our stay

Location is excellent, shuttle bus is super handy (even in the middle of the night) and it was a very clean and comfy room which was perfect after long travel days

The Best Western Melbourne Airport Hotel was minutes away from the airport. Our room was comfortable, the food at the restaurant was tasty, and the Staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved having the free airport shuttle to/from the hotel.

Location. Shuttle service. Ability to leave car whilst away.

Loved the fact the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was so nice and at a good price. The restaurant food was yummy and the bus in the morning to the airport was great as well, good driver, did not speed, helped with the luggage as well. Also I slept like a baby.

That i was only staying a night lolI'll definitely use this accommodation again.

From the pictures, it looked like we had an updated room however, in person the room looked a little dated.

The motel was close by to the airport with a shuttle bus service. Staff were friendly and room was clean.

The noise from surrounding caravan park residents was rediculous. Unfortunately it is right next door to the motel and staying at the back of the motel it wasn’t a pleasant look.

The staff were so helpful, cheerful and cooperative. The meal that we had in the restaurant was delicious. The shuttle bus service was greatly appreciated.

Good location 15min to airport. Lots of (free) overnight parking.Large comfy beds.

Hotel has aged quite a bit. If you like beeibg freezed during dinner/breakfast you can enjoy full aircon flow

The fridge in the room was so noisy it kept me awake

Handy place to relax for a couple of days after a long flight from the UK short drive from the airport

Breakfast choice

No answer on reception when we tried to call for shuttle bus. 30 minutes, constantly engaged... or off the hook most likely. So had to pay for a taxi

Staff were very helpful. My room had everything you would need and very clean, bed also very comfy. Where I was located was also quiet. Shuttle to airport efficient and on time.

The shuttle bus service to the airport was exceptional. The dessert was delicious!

The airport transfer both ways way good. Driver was friendly and helpful. Staff were also friendly and helped me with my luggage, gave me a late check out as well. Breakfast was very good. Great variety and delicious home made muffins. This is the 2nd time I have stayed there and will go again next time I stop over in Melbourne
