A clean and comfortable room. The location suited us perfectly

The TV didn't work very well on any channel. I asked reception is someone could take a look at it and it improved slightly. However I was wanting to watch the Australian Open (the purpose of our trip) but it was not clear enough to watch. Very disappointing as I got no further feedback from staff.

Location is central to restaurants and shopping

rooms are getting a little tired and need a bit of TLC, lack of netflix or proper free to air tv available

The service was amazing. Staff were very friendly & helpful & the hotel itself was one of the nicest Adina’s I’ve stayed in.

Disappointed in the room initially, as it required a further overall cleanse. However, once I advised management of the situation they were very accommodating & attended to my concerns without delay.

Carpet in hallways from lift to room didn't look as though they had been cleaned the whole 4 days.the listing of apartment facilities was tea/coffee maker. There was no coffee machine or clothes drying rack.

First few days we had a penthouse which was amazing.. loved Melbourne and the surrounding area

Both of the bins in our room were still full when we arrived. This made us question whether or not the room had been cleaned properly?The toilet was leaking as well.

The location was excellent. We were able to walk to the hotel from the bus station after taking the sky bus from the airport. We were near lots of restaurants and shopping as well. We even had a massage that was excellent a block from the apartments

The lighting was extremely dim in the apt. One light bulb was out in the kitchen area which could’ve helped some downstairs. You could read in bed bc there were two bedside lights. The bathroom was so dim that shaving or putting on makeup was just crossing your fingers that you’d dinner out well. The front desk was no help except for one man- Ben. He actually purchased a makeup mirror with lights to try to help us see in the bathroom. He also offered advice on restaurants and was super friendly. The rest of the staff showed little interest and one even said he had no idea was restaurants were near by. Perhaps the front staff should be taught what is around in the area for travelers?!

The room (bedroom, lounge and kitchen areas) needs to be updated, it all felt tired and dull.The room was not clean. I dropped something on the bathroom floor and cleaned it up, this action showed the floor was unclean before my mess. Remove the bath and only have a shower; it did not feel safe having to climb out of a wet bath after showering. The water pressure was dreadful. The lights are not bright enough.There were only small cups (without saucers) to have a cup of tea in, they should be replaced by decent size mugs.

The apartment was clean, bed was very comfortable and I used the desk area.

The bath/shower was quite scary to climb in and out of. It was hard to climb into a shallow bath that was high up. I have bad knees but never normally struggle to get in and out of the bath but this was quite difficult. Also the TV in the lounge area was small and hard to find channels.

location was great, only 10-15 minute walk to vic market and a 7 minute walk to melb central. I booked the 3 bedroom unit for the family. spacious rooms and amazing views especially during sunset :) only stayed for 1 night but definitely will consider staying here again if I visit melb again and want to stay in the city!

furnitures and interior looked a bit old but it was clean so it didnt bother us too much

We had to go down to get a ticket every time we want to exit the garage.

The whole unit was huge, very clean and comfortable. Location was absolutely great, within walking distance to trams and Bourke Street. Rooms were spacious, beds comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, loved it.

Location is strategic and Lift is very fast

I was completely horrified with the room condition for my 2 bedroom apartment.When I checked in, carpet was very dirty, darken colour and dusty, stains on the sofa pillow and also pillow sheet. So when you walk in the hallway and enter the room,, you can smell the mold right away :(The cookerhood when I turn it on, smells so weird like a clum of oil never been cleaned for many years. I took picture of the cookerhood as a proof also..Air circulation fan in the bathroom full of thick dusts that look like never been touched or cleaned in 10 yrs. Its safe to say a 3 star hotel has a better cleaning standard than this place.We tried to wipe the dining table and seat before sitting first time with wet tissue, so much dirt marks stained the tissue of course.Worse of the worse, the 2 bedroom have 2 bathroom. Whenever in the morning, a person shower in 1 of the bathroom, then another person turn on water in the kitchen sink or in other bathroom, suddenly the water used in the shower turned burning HOT that hurt you badly!I then raised this issue to the receptionist which always say yes they will send technician to fix, but of course it s not fixable.And lastly, some of the staff not very welcoming. Especially when it comes to us asking for parking vouchers to exit the parking building. They requested that everytime our car exit the building, to request a parking voucher from the receptionist. You know eventhough this hotel seems like many staff standby, there s only 1 staff in the receptionist that always occupied serving guests. So am I supposed to wait to get parking voucher EVERYTIME I get out from the hotel parking lot? What a HASSLE!!!Some of the nice staff would give us 5 vouchers right away, but the nasty staff refused to do so. With an excuse that they can only give one per visit in the receptionist. Without clear explanation why?Hope this review can give the hotel inputs on how to improve in order to meet the 4 stars standard.

We got the 3 bedroom apartment which was very spacious , clean elegant with its wrap around balcony with the fantastic view esp at night . The location was perfect especially with convenience store just across the street . The gentleman at reception was very accommodating . Our vacay in Melbourne was truly memorable ?

The customer service was truly 100% and all staff were fantastic

The bathroom facilities were below average in my opinion. Low shower pressure. It was actually terrible.

Loved the location. Staff were amazing and helpful. Beds were super comfortable.

Both showers were terrible. There wasn’t much water pressure and it was almost impossible to make it warm. Was either boiling hot or freezing cold.

staff are good and the room a good size

Cleanliness could be better and there was insufficient coffee for four to have a morning drink.The Booking dot com site said you had parking but in the small print that was an extra charge.Could be better.
