Spotless room awesome location central cbd right price! What's not to like!

Great location

Bedding was lovely and clean however the beds could do with an upgrade.

Bed was very comfortable

Walls were very dirty and damaged. They didn’t have additional toiletries like lotion

Conveinent location to CBD facilities and transport, plenty eating options available and easy walk to MCG and Yarra River facilities.

Condition of the apartment and age of furnishings and applicances, overall we did not see good value for money

Great location, close to restaurants and transport. Apartment had everything I needed. Bed was super comfy and room was clean. Exceptional value for money.

Being in the heart of the city, the location is quite noisy.

The staff were pleasant, and the location was great. The beds were comfortable.

it was dark and dingy, and not very clean. It noted free wi-fi, but it didn't work the whole time we were there. Also the walls were not soundproof, first few nights had a nutter next to our room that was up all night and could hear him through the walls.

Just a good comfy apartment .although a little noisy in the street with the footy on Friday & Saturday night, it was a good place to stay.

Good location for laneways and restaurants etc. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Good Wifi. And great value.

Shower over bath is a bit old fashioned- would prefer a walk in shower.

Good location, friendly staff but room needs work

noise from a person arguing with themselves in the ally way.We were given the disable suite (did not book this). The suite is spacious but so many things could be changed to be more disable friendly like the height of the mirror - plates and cups in overhead cupboards not underbench and hairdryer at the back of a high cupboard. The fall on the shower is wrong so water floods the toilet and makes is unusable - perhaps a single slightly raised strip between the toilet and shower could fix this problem without making it a hazard.

The location was great, on Flinders Lane next to Degraves Street which I thought would be good, but it was so loud at night. Location is about the only great thing about this hotel.

I received an email the day before check in, where I checked in electronically, including credit card details for incidentals. When we arrived at the hotel, I had to do all of it again. Not sure what the point of the email was. The room was an odd layout, with two single beds in the same room as the living/kitchen and the bathroom with the shower was only accessible by going through the queen bedroom. It was very loud at night. Degraves St is right there, with loud music and revellers well after midnight. We stayed on the fourth floor, didn't make any difference. Then, around 5am the garbage trucks roll in each morning to clean up. That was even louder. I live next to a highway, so a little noise is manageable, this was next level. Would not recommend for that reason.

My bed was a little soft for me, but that is just preference.Walls to adjoining room are thin and could hear the tv, but again that may be more to do with the neighbour's volume choice maybe :)

Absolutely perfect location (10/10) to explore Melbourne on foot, by tram and other public transportation. It's in the middle of everything, surrounded by great restaurants, cafés and gelaterias. Despite its location in a busy lane it didn't get too loud at night.The apartment was clean (not serviced daily, thus the good price) and you could get everything you needed by calling or going to the reception, and there was a cabinet with essentials if you needed something outside reception hours. Staff friendly.

There were several things that would need more attention and maintenance (e.g. all taps hard to move, shower door didn't close properly - but bathroom floor remained dry), bottle bar in the fridge broken resp. missing, so bottles could not be stored in the door without falling out when opening the fridge. Light in the rangehood didn't work (not that I would have really needed it). TV remote only worked occasionally because the batteries were only held in place by cellotape. (Will send detailed list to property as soon as I have time for it.)Bed/mattrass far too soft for me.While the air in my room was fine, friends who stayed in another room got all the cooking smells from nearby restaurants into their room through the aircondition - which you needed to turn on from time to time because you couldn't open the windows. Quite unpleasant. I would not want to stay in such a smelly apartment.

Location was awesome. Walking distance to lovely restaurants and shopping.

The floor boards were exceptionally squeaky. And quite noisy street noise , sirens etc. pool was freezing and the spa wasnt working.

Great location, in the heart of the city. The staff were really welcoming and the room was comfortable.

I was initially given an interconnecting room, which as a solo traveller I didn't love. I could also hear the people in the room next to me like they were in the room with me. After a quick chat to the staff, I was able to be moved to a room that didn't have an interconnecting door and felt much safer. Wifi is also pretty dodgy and often dropped out.

The lounge suite was very uncomfortable and could have done with 2 foot rests, and didn’t realise the appartment didn’t get serviced over the weekend but the appartment was great for the price
