Pullman East Melbourne

A lovely hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Everything in our room was clean and spotless.. lovely modern decor and bathroom in the room. Excellent shower head. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We stayed here for a concert at rod laver which was an easy 10min walk. There is also a 7 eleven 2 mins down the road and lovely Italian restaurant and nice patisserie cafe which we had breakfast at…. All on your doorstep as well as a tram. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we would definitely return to this great spot which is in a quiet location but still close enough to all the action further into the city.

Easy walk to Melbourne Park and the city. Spacious room. Comfy beds. Breakfast was expensive but easy walk to nearby cafes.

Housekeeping was not up to the standard I would have expected. They kept not cleaning our room until asked in the evening. No information about the electronic control panels in the rooms, so maybe we were inadvertently stating our room did not need cleaning.

So super close to the tennis. Closest we’ve ever been able to stay and a very pleasant and quick walk back from Melbourne park. We will be staying here again.

Not much!

Everyone of the staff were so friendly and this made the Hotel feel very welcoming. We felt very spoilt, especially with the buffet breakfast.

The lights were all or nothing, some more options to dim lights in room would have been good.

We loved our stay at The Pullman On The Park. We had a garden/city view room which did not disappoint. Lovely walk through the gardens to the theatre/shops, staff were wonderful, room service/breakfast was really good and loved the outdoor pool. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Great views over the MCG, close to public transport, friendly staff and dining experience

It would have been great to have complimentary water in the fridge and there was no mini bar which for the quality of the hotel was surprising.

The bedroom lighting system is ghastly! Hard to manage and too bright or too dim. Cannot see your face anywhere to do makeup as all mirrors are darkened!Had to keep asking for more towels as they left 3 between 2 people every day…

Passable

room was ready on time despite specific request. Receptionist said he would come and get us when it was ready but never did - had to come from Cliveden to inquire again, at which point it was ready. Rang room service to order more body wash that had run out - despite stating we were shortly heading out it never arrived.

Excellent customer service. Beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is highly recommended.

Beautiful room with a great view and location. Concierge was very friendly and professional helping us to our room.

Room service staff refused to help me over the phone. Housekeeping arrived at 9am, then claimed (incorrectly) that we’d left do not disturb on to avoid cleaning the room. 4 housekeeping carts still present in the corridor at 530 pm while staff chatted

The room and staff were exceptional. I was given a room with an amazing view of the MCG and the hotel was right in front of the trams and an easy walk to the Rod Laver Arena.

The sauna and steam room were not functional.

Great location, close to the MCG, public transport, Fitzroy Gardens, restaurants and only a short walk to Melbourne Park. Great room and comfy beds. Staff were super accommodating and helpful.

Overall, a good vibe meeting expectation breakfast and location
