Great location and it was very quiet.

Location is good - lots of good cafe's and restaurants nearby.Beds a little soft for my liking but overall very comfortable

Parking is expensive - $45 per dayA lot of the gym equipment was out of order

Fabulous location, well appointed rooms.

We stayed during the peak tennis season, paying much higher than normal rates.I was disappointed that the hotel had not staffed the hotel to manage its full capacity. Check in and out took a long time and the breakfast service was particularly bad. It took an hour to get a coffee, there were no staff to clear tables etc.No criticism of the people working while we were there, they were lovely, it just seemed as though half the staff were missing.

The barista coffee on the week day mornings was average

A fairly luxurious hotel with a theme (photography), the Hotel Indigo fairly much lived up to the hype.The location is good - the quiet end of Flinders Street (literally on one corner of the CBD) but close enough to the 'central city' (shopping) to be a fairly easy walk.We travelled for the tennis (Australian Open) and a bonus was the excellent placement of the large TV - on the wall, directly in front of the (very) large bed [just a it should be] - once back at the hotel we could continue watching the play in comfort.Our 2nd floor room provided a relaxing view of a large tree directly outside a window - a pleasant bit of nature, right in the city.

We had an issue with housekeeping , though only on our second day after arrival [22 Jan / Room 220]. A 'scrunched up' toilet roll had been left on the bench area above the fridge and a cleaning rag left in the bathroom sink. On the same day the bed was badly (untidily) made. It was clearly a rush job. Fortunately these issues (previously unreported) never occurred again and the following day and those after the room was perfect.

Location was excellent, aesthetically the room was amazing, pillows were to die for, I slept extremely well

Spacious King room, large window with lovely tree hiding close buildings. Wonderful cotton percale sheets. Good shower. Great lighting.

Not as advertised. No garden terrace. no mini bar. Could not connect to stream Netflix etc.

It was clean, and easy to get to.

I believe there should always be complementary water bottles! At least one per stay. Even when you try to order. No option for plain bottle water.

Modern and close to transport

Staff are friendly and welcoming. Our room was large and had a street view, very relaxing and super comfortable. The buffet breakfast was basic but adequate.

Housekeeping could be better. One day the room was left half finished with the cleaning cloth in the ensuite, no tea bags etc.

Gereat location in the city very close to trams and trains services. The room was clean and very comfortable. The front of house staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

More teabags. Complimentary bottles of water.

It was close to Southern Cross and a quick walk to the mall and shopping precinct. The Hotel was clean and the room was a good size and had everything you needed. Room service was fast and affordable.

I wish it had a pool.

Location near transport links including Skybus to airport. Lovely room.

Stayed over Christmas and Restaurant was closed. Food in bar was very average.

Fabulous room with great bed. I LOVED the pillows. I want those pillows. Outstanding location near everything I wanted, particularly public transport and food options. Staff were lovely. It's my second stay here and I'll absolutely be coming back.
