Location is great!

Services poor, the rooms needed fixing (fridge and a/c had issues) and the room lacked simple amenities like a shelf or drawer for clothes, no side tables for the sofa, cutlery drawer was on the floor, sofa small and uncomfortable.

Clean, tidy and comfortable

Excellent location. Used a car lift for the first time because parking is on the 5th floor. Room had everything needed. Shower was good.

Was a bit hot and stuffy in the room. Would've opened the balcony door for some air but there was a smell of tobacco from one of the other apartments.

Good and quiet location but close to promenade, Crown complex, cafes etc. walking distance to trams and Flinders St Stn. Staff were polite and helpful.

The room had a lovely view, which was a highlight of our stay. Once the room issue was resolved, the accommodation was comfortable, and the location was convenient.

On arrival, there was a mix-up with the room allocation, as the room we were first given did not match what we had booked. The issue was resolved once we raised it and we were moved, however it did affect the beginning of our stay. We would also note that the breakfast deal may not suit everyone, as the breakfast venue is not as close to the hotel as it appears and requires a fair walk, which made it less worthwhile for us. The food was also extremely average.

Met one lady at the reception (short, fit Indian lady) who’s the most warm and welcoming person. I really appreciate her comfort and her kindness. All the best!

Could do with a deep clean. Carpet was looking a bit stained.

Beds were large singles , not doubles - Stains on carpet and furniture - No balcony furniture - bathrooms very small only one person at a time- was not very clean

Rude staff. Over charged and then had to argue with staff that they did. Carpet was dirty and stains everywhere. Vinyl floor was dirty. Very small tight rooms for a 2 bedroom apartment.

Often stay there great location. And always very clean. Coffee and sugar etc could have been a little more attended to. Booked a balcony but I’m not sure 8” of gap could be classed as a Balcony?Otherwise great place to stay in Melbourne.

Balcony didn’t really exist.Condiments were a bit lacking.

The apartment was very clean and it had obviously had had an update to the kitchen. I booked a single bed apartment but was given a two bedroom apartment which was handy to access my suitcase.

Close to Southbank. Nice shower & fridge. Plus room was on high floor. An IGA was nearby which was handy,

Very little bench space in both lounge / kitchen and bathroom, Had to use small dining table (only with high stools) to place everything. Almost no kitchen bench space meant nowhere to put washed dishes. Bedroom had little room to moveso used lounge for both suitcases . Aircon couldn't be made warmer than 23 deg which was really about 20deg. Heard other guests complain too but staff couldn't get in fixed after a week's stay. They lent us a small heater though which helped.

Great two bedroom apartment for an overnight work trip. Room was clean and comfortable and I will continue to stay here when visiting Melbourne for work.

Everything was great, nothing to dislike.

The location was great, short walk to the Melbourne Convention Center. The bed was so comfortable for me, loved it. The staff was so helpful and very friendly. Traveling on my own I felt safe in my suit. The car lift to the car park was a different experience for me but easy enough to use. Will definitely stay again.

Maybe a better explanation on how to access car parking before arrival. Not being a well traveled person, I had no idea how the car lift to the car park worked. Once at reception it was explained and it was easy to use. But this is so minor.

It was well packed for a 2 days stay. Had enough toileteries. Was clean and mostly easy to access everything both location wise and facility wise.

Some of the furnitures were broken, baths were not really good or not maintained well. Staffs were not really approachable at reception.

Close location to city, train, tram. Appreciate the assistance from friendly front desk staff (Ms Milan) during the stay.

Wifi is weak and mostly don't have internet connection. Room/appliances need upgrade or better maintenance (defective washer, room phone, thinned carpet, sharp tack strips protruding from thinned carpet which luckily didn't cause much injury). Switched room on the 3rd day - this room and its appliances are better-maintained. Slow resolution to problems raised.

It is a nice location closer to the centre of the city. Check-in and out were smooth. The room was clean, and the kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with all the necessities.

The internet was really bad. Given I travelled for work, it was a deal breaker. I can accommodate slow internet, but the speeds were below 1 Mbps, and nothing loads. Unfortunately, you don't get enough signal to create a mobile hotspot as well. I have to use nearby cafes to get some of my work done. I got to know that some rooms had separate internet, but I didn't get anything like that (even when I mentioned that I have an issue with internet).
