The bed and pillows were terrible, old and slow lift system, the hallways were dirty, and there was a bad smell from the air conditioning units.

Lovely property, close to the city and theatre district.

Restaurant closed for bookings at 8.30pm.

Self check in was super easy. Bed was comfy. Great location.

The room was clean, the bed was soft, and it was close to restaurants, the theatre, Parliament House and Chinatown. We didn't hear any noise from the street and we had an excellent view of the city. The staff are friendly. The hotel carpark is tight but there is great peace of mind that the car is safe.

There is a bit of a walk to the tram stop, and there aren't many breakfast options around, but the hotel does provide a buffet breakfast. Not a reflection on the hotel, but there was a rally for a few hours at Parliament House and some of the noise drifted up to the room. We didn't have trouble connecting to the wifi to stream, but there was a bit of trouble staying connected.

Amazing, convenient location and clean, super comfortable rooms. The staff was super friendly and mentioned that there was a conference going on in the area and apologized in advance that some of the elevators might have a wait, but we didn't experience that at all and the hotel was lovely. I can see why everyone attending the conference wanted to stay there!

Location was great, good restaurants nearby.

Breakfast tables were very dirty and not enough staff were there to clean up. We had to wait till 3 to check in which was also pretty inconvenient.

Love this hotel. Have stayed here multiple times. The refurbishment has made it a real quality hotel. The beds are so comfortable. The rooms are always clean and it’s just a really nice vibe.
