Very clean and friendly staff

Some things needed repair and the room was cold the heating did help but it was quite cold. The room was quite expensive for what we paid.

Large rooms

One of the rooms hadn’t been cleaned. Was still empty used shampoo bottle in the shower, No towels and shampoo or conditioner

Good room, if the bed was a queen and not two twins joined together it would be much better.

The bathrooms could use an update, but were practical and offered all that we needed. Plus the spa, which for the price is great.

I like the hotel, the rooms are really peaceful, clean with all facilities. If u really love to stay away from city chaos, its the best place to stay.

I didn't know that the hotel is quite remote. You need uber/car each time u need to go to a convenient store or nearest shops/malls or train stations. Consider it in mind, it will take u significant time to go different tourist spots from this location if you are a tourist staying here.

Always great service from every staff member I have encountered. Private, peaceful location that makes you feel like you are miles from busy city life. Great accomodation, spacious and clean. Well priced.

The property was good, gardens need to be maintained better, trees banging on the side of the roof all night kept us awake. Also one of the bathrooms hand mould in the shower between the silicone and grout.

Wasn't clean enough. Rubbish found lying under the bed. Preferred not to complain as if you call reception there is high probability that there wouldn't be anyone attending. Arrived around 5 pm for check in. Bathroom sink was blocked and water wasn't draining out. I called reception only to get into an argument with him. I was made to feel that I am lying or making stories. Electric kettle wasn't provided after paying $375. I would like everyone to know that they don't waste their money by choosing this hotel stay.The next door guy parked the car occupying almost all space there was no enough space for me to park the car. No one there to look after. Overall horrible experience.

Bed had stains on it, bed uncomfortable, it’s not a king it’s 2 king singles. Can feel the metal. Room 14.

something had been spilt on the outside of our entrance, which distracted from the very nice room.

Best thing I can say about the property is the water pressure was lovely - as long as you bring your own bathtowels as the ones supplied by the hotel smelt of grease and mold

There was sand/crumbs in our sheets. The film of dust on EVERYTHING would have killed an athsmatic. When we told the staff that one of our two interconnecting rooms that we had booked was still dirty from the previous guests we were simply told that they have a new housekeeper.Unfortunately it was Grand Prix weekend in Melbourne and we could not arrange another hotel room for the night any closer than 25km from where our family function was being held.

They told me wrong infor about the bond still waiting for it to go back into my account. Told me it was only going to be frozen not taken completely off. Left me without $$ while away from home not the ideal situation.

Do NOT STAY HERE ** must be a constant source of revenue for Victoria Police !!! with all the raids that happen at this place

The staff ARE BEYOND appalling; the place was a filthy grotto not safe for children!! The lowlife and the 'just released from prison' guests show this property and its franchisees would much rather the government contact with the department of housing or corrections than actually guests either way they should employ security of a night !!

No plug for bath so we had to ask for one. Couch was hard and uncountable and had tape over the damage. Couch also was broken and leaning against the wall. Shower had gaps in the door so water got out onto the floor. Shower had gaps so water got out

Hotel is trying to keep my $300 deposit due to ‘smell of smoke’. My partner and I do not smoke. Still waiting on the man

Bad

Was firstly put in the wrong room. This was rectified. However the next day, whilst I was having a shower, the cleaning staff let themselves into my room even though I had the door deadlocked. They stayed in there with me unaware for long enough to have made the bed, and then I opened the bathroom door to find them on the other side with towels, as if they were about to walk into the bathroom where I was showering.. Very disappointed in the level of professionalism. Did not feel safe during this stay and will not be staying here again.

Clean and comfortable

Location is amazing. You feel like your in the countryside. Great lake, pool and space. The reception staff were lovely, helpful and accommodating. The units are private which I loved. and the 1 bedroom units have great space.

No complaints. Would only recommend king bed or 2 singles joined where you dont really notice the separation of them.

The receptionist (male, name not known and on duty 6-7pm on 2 Feb and 8 am on 3 Feb) was very rude and replied to me in an angry manner when I inquired about the restaurant being opened for dinner on 2 Feb when I dropped in for dinner along with my wife. I went to the restaurant for dinner on the advice I received from the lady receptionist on duty in the morning of 2 Feb that the restaurant will be operating for dinner from 6.00pm on wards. I was embarrassed and was subjected to inconvenience in ordering food via Uber. Very bad and embarrassing experience!!! This caliber of staff is not at all suitable for a reputable organization like Seasons 5 Resort.

the size of the room was pretty spacious

the room was dirty, the air con didnt work at the start due to it tripping the power. there was no plug to have a spa! no one answered the phone
