Location was great!

Customer service was horrible and the room was disgusting!!!

The room was pretty good. I think the flooring needs cleaned properly and whoever does the cleaning, they need to be more thorough as the couch was not clean and if you lifted up the cushions there was a fair amount of food crumbs and rubbish underneath.

The carpet was stained, a door to a room had been kicked on and tissue shoved in the hole where the handle was, there was a unpleasant smell in the apartment, the sofa had stains on it. For a multiple star property, I expected it to be clean and fresh.

Good location and easy access. Spacious kitchen and lounge. Bedroom size good.

The place smelled really bad of cooked fish when we arrived. Had to buy a deodoriser to get rid of the smell. Also the duvet was stained badly and also the cover.

Very good size apartment with great views. Location to Southern Cross excellent. Staff were helpful and receptive.

It is only really 3 star so reception has limited hours. A few niggling issues with no milk supplied originally for coffee tea making which was quickly remedied. Also internet password not in room as indicated but again was remedied quickly by attentive staff.

This apartment was perfect for our one night stay when attending an event at nearby Marvel stadium. Clean, quiet and comfortable apartment. Easy walking distance to stadium, convenience store, supermarket and train station.

The locationThe staff friendliness I read alot of bad reviews before arriving and packed my own sleeping bag just in case.....there was no need!For the cost vs location and ammenities it was excellent It isnt a 5 star hotel and it isnt trying to be its a compact apartment close to everything at a compact price! It was clean and the view is to die for over the harbour and melbourne!

The location of this property is amazing close to Docklands and Southbank tram straight out the front

The staff are amazing to deal with. Prompt response to questions and very professional to deal with. The apartment had everything and is in a fabulous location.

Pool facilities were niceBathroom was nice

- Heavily stained mattress, pillows and bed quilts.- Spares were also heavily stained and yellow from use. Mattress had tearing single ply protector- Quilt was only sandwiched between two table cloth sheets instead of a cover- Single manual lock door which also doesn’t self lock when exiting , need to make sure you relock once enter/exit- Frail ironing board- Broken shower head - Overbooked and Cancelled one of our bookings within 48hrs to travel even though we booked a year in advance , had to pay double elsewhere

The location to southern cross station and trams was great

The room was not clean. The carpets and rug in the lounge look not vacuumed which made me look under the couch cushions. I wish I hadn’t. It was filthy with crumbs food etc. This then gave us an uncomfortable feeling about the bed/linen etc. The bathroom toilet seat was broken. Some windows were taped up (badly) - a leak under the kitchen sink. The entrance to these apartments has constant strong cooking smells throughout thankfully the room was fine but coming and going was horrible and made me sick. The reception is on the 33rd floor and it is all a bit odd. They took an actual charge of $300 (not just a pre-authorisation) off my credit card as security on arrival so the apartment presentation/broken items issues made me very concerned I would not get this refunded for issues I did not cause. I went to reception to explain the issues and they were helpful by fixing items and assuring me they understood I did not cause them. They discounted the total cost of the stay due to these issues which was fair and reasonable.I travel a few times to Melbourne per year and stay around CBD area. I understand the price point vs star rating however I have stayed in far better places at this same price point and never have I been actually charged a security fee off my credit card. It is only ever a pre-auth.

Good location and staff were easy to communicate with. Very secure. Parking was easy and close by.

Cold shower that couldn't be fixed, no sofa in the room although it was listed in facilities, curtains didn't cover the entirety of the windows, open furnishings in the ceiling

Central location, easy to catch Trams and very quiet.

Needs a fresh coat of paint and lounge steam cleaned.

Location was perfect everything worked bed was comfortable Tram stop right out front

The whole room was very dirty, stains on the carpet and couch. Mould and hair in the bathroom. Splashes of something:( on the bathroom wall. Checking in was difficult.

Lovely appartment in great location. Not a big unit but well fitted out with everything you need.

The pool and spa and sauna were good but spa only warm. Would have preferred it to be hot.

Had amazing views over Melbourne, well appointed

Collecting the keys was a nightmare out of hours. Told to collect from shop below. Arrived 1030 at night after travelling 30 hours and shop person said had no keys. Tried ringing contact number no answer. Shop owner turned up and found them, all ok in the end but you don't need it after travelling.
