Very accommodating and friendly especially as the late hr we arrived

Could not turn right onto Stud Road.

DO NOT STAY HERE, the manager is very rude and it’s not surprising they have bars over the entrance because their treatment of customers is disgusting

Rude staff, filthy old room, overgrown garden, ripped bed, lock removed from the door.

Was cheap, had different options for pillow firmness

Shower bath, no fan in bathroom, toilet roll holder was in a weird spot, bed was small and uncomfortable, lights wernt dimable and in weird spots through the room. Air-conditioning wasnt adequate considering the heat of the day

As always very convenient to activities in the area, staff very attentive and co-operative and adjacent Knox Club excellent for meals

Hand basin in first room we were offered was badly cracked and the tap was broken. Looking out from the balcony that overlooked a lower level roof , it was covered in old cigarette buttons and rubbish.

Arrived quite late in the evening. The front desk host was so welcoming and lovely. Check in was efficient and easy. She helped me with some questions I had and offered alternatives to assist. Couldn’t have asked for more. It may not be a new hotel, but the staff were fantastic, the facilities clean. I needed accommodation quickly that was peaceful and safe and I got just that :)

Comfortable, clean room and close to where we needed to be. We have stayed here a number of times and will stay again. Shower was over the bath, not a problem for us, but you may like to ask for a room with a standalone shower if it is of concern to you.

Can sometimes be a bit noisy as located on corner of 2 main roads.

Very clean & spacious room. Perfect for our stay.

Bed was a bit too firm for us.

Great location. Lovely place. Have stayed 4 times now.

It is a little dated. Mainly the Carpet could be updated and fresh paint.

I arrived late at night and the reception and check in was still friendly, helpful, quick, no issues, the room was gorgeous, facilities lovely and clean.

I would have liked a small microwave oven to heat my rice that I took back to the room after lunch the next day but that is a very small detail.

Affordable clean and had a great Chinese restaurant under neath

The first room we had smelt like smoke from a past renter however they swapped rooms and it was fine

My room was a little stuffy not sure the air con worked properly

cracked tiles, lots of road noise, tiny coffee cups , curtains hooks need fixing, couch needs cleaning

Restaurant downstairs was amazing. Bed comfortable and quiet room.

Lift was very dirty
