Greensborough Motel

The customer service was amazing and the location was close to good food outlets

The furniture and decorator pillows were heavily soiled and stained, there was no blind on the bathroom window and the roadwork made it difficult to get into the accommodations

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in.

No staff sighted over our 2 night stay.The place is badly run down, we had the spa room, but the spa didn’t work.All the towel rail’s were completely broken.Light bulbs out.Cracked vanity.Toilet paper wadded into bathroom window to seal it.No chair(s) in the room.Every window was taped up.Whilst internet access was advertised, it was not available. There was no instruction or staff to provide access.

Just needed a place to sleep as I was far from home

TV did not connect to any channels

The beds were clean. Aircon worked. Good location for Simpsons barracks.

Our room did not look like photos, however other family members were in a different room that seemed better. Our room had black mould in shower, filthy carpet, stained walls, rock hard mattress, toilet suite loose from bathroom floor, fridge noisy, cracks in walls, terribly run down, dusty from major road works going on out front.

Helpful accommodation staff, good value for money, clean, rooms equipped with everything you need

Difficult access off the main road, limited public transport nearby, no close food joints. Mostly quiet and comfortable but traffic noise really picks up around 5am.

There was no breakfast and no utensils in the room. Not even a tea spoon to make a cup of tea

Hot water takes ages to get there, mould in shower, worn furniture, very small fridge, taps turned off so tight could hardly turn it on. Curtains torn and dirty. Walls so thin sounded like those in the next room were in your room.

The toilet leaked shower had mould couldn’t use it.

Unclean room. Pool not open in summer on a hot day. Carpet disgusting. View out window of untidy grass and a brick wall.

- No mattress protector on the bed- cockroaches in the room - could smell the person in the room next to me smoking- white tailed spider crawling across bed, told admin, he didn’t seem to care

The location was great!

The furniture, flooring and walls were worn and showed signs of damage. The bathroom was barely clean, the pool was green and the surrounding grass was overgrown.

The room we booked was in a state was not cleaned. There was mould in the bathroom stains and hair on the bed we asked for a refund as we did not stay but they refused

The room had graffte on the inside wall,mould in shower and not even a working lamp.

Would not stay again….Checkout is 10am got back to the room at 10.03 and the owner /manager had already removed all
