Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley Hotel

Good location and clean

Very busy weekend so lobby was crowded and lefts were very slow

Great location, lovely room and hotel in general and staff were really friendly. Will stay again!

Breakfast was understaffed with a conference on. As leisure guests we timed it badly and caught the end of the conference rush which I understand happens however with only 1 team member on the floor every empty table was dirty when we got there, there was no eggs left, 2 of the fruits were empty, and there was no mugs or glasses for a drink. He was doing a great job but really needed an extra hand to stay on top of everything.

The wifi connection is not good. I kept disconnected and reconnected during online meeting

room/bed comfortable, bathroom really good (walk in shower)

Location is great and it’s nicely busy. There’s a Sports bar and many restaurants nearby

The Shopping Centre is excellent so is the food around

The pool was filthy The place is run down noisy dirty only provided one towel each

Had issues at the breakfast ordering specific gluten free food. Was bought out twice with the incorrect bread.

The beds were super comfortable, the hotel was quiet and clean, facilities were great. The lobby downstairs was convenient. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Room service was speedy and the food was good. Breakfast was on the good but expense.

The room service menu could offer more variety and breakfast was expense if booked on the day

No coffee, milk, water as a complimentry in the rooms. Seriously, how much would that actually cost to supply?

Location, comfy beds and lots of pillows

Pool was stuffy and warm, one of the saunas didn’t work

Feel like beds in the double room are too small for two adults

The location of the hotel was a little bit far from most of the TODOs in Melbourne which are primarily located in the center. Had to do a bit of driving to reach the zoo, museum, and other places each day. Apart from that everything was excellent.

Exceptional

We've stayed at alot of hotels,500 a night for a standard room with a spa Can get a room n spa just as good for half the price.

The hotel was not what we thought it was, the bathtub was very slippery and hazardous, even though there were notices on the wall... It is older than we thought

The room I stayed in was tired and in need of a revamp

Central location in Glen Waverley.Close to train station, the Glen, Cinemas, Bowling and restaurants.

parking is too expensive. No view from the room.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge went over and above. Will definitely stay at the Novotel again

Quite. Breakfast had a lot of range, the kids loved being close to all the fun activities next door
