Great base to explore Melbourne. Roof pool for when it gets too hot. Rooms very comfortable.

Easy to get to. Staff were very efficient. Hotel quiet, well equipped and clean.

We had a function next door so super easy. Could get a good coffee and food in walking distance. If you wanted to cater yourself all supermarkets also in walking distance. The pool and gym were great and I loved the security of the place.

Nothing negative to say about this place or stay.

They asked us to pay via a link sent by email instead of via booking.com, which looked like a scam. Furthermore, there was a credit card surcharge which was not visible in booming.com. After contacting booking.com, it became clear that it was not a scam.

Cool apartment style hotel in a great location. Double door insulation to the outside made it super quiet, couldn't hear any street noise at all. Great kitchen facilities. The pool was a bonus.

Nothing. The only thing I would like is more cleaning everyday - quick wipe around the bathroom etc.

I had the basic apartment and for one person it was great - good size and equipped kitchen area for breakfast and comfy bed and daily room service.

I had no issues at all, thought it was good value and would stay again. My friends sadly had an issue that their room wasn’t available day 1 as someone refused to leave but they were moved to the type of room they had booked the next day, their keycard also stopped working one night and security had to come from 30mins away to resolve it.

Would definitely stay again, nice rooms, good value, air con worked well (was during a heat wave of 37c)

We stayed here for our wedding and they gave us a bottle of wine and a lovely hand written card. The beds are heaven and the pillows are amazing

I chose this place so i could be near my daughter. The apart hotel is in a very busy area and there's a venue Collingwood Yards adjacent which had two loud events on during my 5 night stay. My studio apartment had good facilities but it was quite tight (like when i was trying to do yoga ) and dark even with the curtains drawn back and the balcony door open - due to the design. The venue noise went onto 10PM one night and past 10pm another night. The studio had a washer drier and a decent kitchen - it was well designed but a bit tight for one person never mind two. I used the roof top pool most days and was frequently the only swimmer. The hot tub was good when it was hot (rather than warm). There are great shops/restaurants/coffee bars nearby and lots of good public transport options.

Very convenient location and a good layout with small kitchen, fridge, washer dryer, ironing board etc.

We booked through Booking.Com with a great rate but when we arrived we were told we only had housekeeping once a week. We did get new towels on demand but the room was dusty after a week of no housekeeping.

The location. The furnishings. The services.

Would be helpful to have 2 clean towels pp. The hotel parking was very expensive.
