The lounge chair was very uncomfortable and the tv remote was stuck together with sticking plaster

They were drying the carpet during our stay. It was loud.

Everything is old and out of date. The beds is not very comfortable. They are not keeping up with the maintaining.

A bit uncomfortable stay

The two bedroom apartment had a single/shared bathroom that could be accessed from both the rooms. But the locks on the bathroom doors did not work. And one side of the door did not close properly.

They need to upgrade their white ware. Dishwasher and washing machine needed some attention . Wash basin tap had a broken handle. Iron tables had worn out cover and would print marks on clothes while ironing

Bedroom had the best view on the 30th flr. Loved the spacious open lounge, kitchen and dining.

There was no kettle in our room

I had a fantastic stay at the Milano Serviced Apartments. The location is a huge plus, as it's very central and convenient for getting around the city. The on-site facilities were a real highlight; the pool, spa, and sauna were all well-maintained and provided a relaxing escape.

Overall, my stay was enjoyable, but a few small improvements would make a huge difference. I found the bed to be quite soft and saggy, which impacted my sleep quality. The carpets in the room also appeared outdated and stained, and replacing them would immediately refresh the space and improve the guest experience.

Good central location 2 bed apartment had everything it needed.

Just an average place to spend time if you are on budget

Good location, clean and comfortable. Easy check in.

Nothing about the property - only complaint was the construction out the front. We were told they wouldn’t go past 10.30pm but 1.40am they were still going. Bit the fault of the property though.

Great location to explore the city. Very close to the market and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Well equipped kitchen and washing machine available although no laundry detergent provided. Tennis court were a plus.

We initially booked for one two-bedrooms apartment but was informed some issues with other group travelers hence our family ended up staying in two one-bedroom apartments. The apartment doors were not equipped with door closer so we can hear the loud noises from other guests when closing doors.
