Great and friendly staff whom booked us in.The room we had bed's were comftable.Air con worked great to cool the room down after arriving. Shower pressure was great.

Staff were very helpful. We were provided with a free upgrade which was very much appreciated. The upgrade provided us with a vast amount of space giving us 3 separate rooms - lounge / dining, bedroom and a huge bathroom with a spa bath. Which was exceptional value for money. The bed was very comfortable - which is of high importance to us.

The decor was dated and the couch was not very comfortable - however for the very reasonable price charged these were not terribly important to us.

The man at reception both days was super helpful and accommodating, it was amazing to have a spa bath , the shower pressure was amazing, thanks for having us!

Wheelchair and disabled facilities were not adequate Ramp had lip that was difficult to access.shower tiles were extremely slippery,and made it difficult for elderly.Mould was present on bathroom door.Apart from that motel was good.restaurant was extremely polite,and meals were great.reception was very helpful.Fix the disabled room( no1) and I’ll stay again

The location is great, near Costco!

Behind the bathroom door is damaged by water over time. Behind the shower has a hole, which is infested with ants.

All went well. From our friendly and welcoming host Peter on arrival, to our departure. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, including the bed. A very good location with easy access. The friends we recommended to also stay at the motel (including many from interstate) were also impressed with the accommodation and locality.

The only thing we missed was a soap dish!! No big deal though.

Easy to find, onsite dining options.

I feel like the room could do with a little bit of love. The bed was apart which my partner fixed. Also a large gap under the door let noise in.

The cigarette smoke coming into the room from next door due to the big gap under the door.Very noisy guests in room next store all night

This is my 3rd time here.Definitely have had no issues so far. I will book again in 3 weeks.

I don't like that there is no kitchenette as it means I have to buy out but the place is still great!

Free parking, set back from the main road, quiet building. Clean rooms.

Nice spacious room, bed was comfortable, on-site bar with pool table, plenty of parking

Spa was out of order, noise from other guests at times, no Foxtel/netflix, premises a bit run down

Location was great, meal in restaurant was great didn't use the pool as we didn't have time but looked very inviting.

Bedroom blind was enough short can see through the window and need bit more bigger blind.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Bathroom was modern & clean. Out stay was darkened by a group who rought outside our room at 2:30am ... Not the hosts fault but a reflection of the area

There was only a continental breakfast available to be delivered to the roomThe bed was very comfortable and the shower was terrific

There were no face washers or a hand towel A toaster would have been handy And some biscuits to have with a cuppa
