- the actual bistro and gaming room great nice food clean freindly staff butt the accomadation not good rooms not dusted my stay there was nothing butt constant noise people in rooms at 130 am onwards every day banging and crashing about i will never stay there ever again this was my second stay in a few months first time was no better
- We needed emergency accommodation when the only rooms available within 25km were over $300; Prince Mark was $130. You get what you pay for. Old, needs refurbishment, no chairs in the room, minimal power points, no bedside lights. The only saving grace was a reasonably comfortable bed.
- No tv in room or microwave, no milk air con vents broken and disrespect from others as partying all night

Location and quick fix if can't get any other accommodation
Needs extra blankets for cold night and more milk and coffee
Didn’t eat
Room was below average with cleanliness and damage (broken and dangerous PowerPoints) graffiti on walls and permanent residents there partying to all hours!
Very poor
The condition of the motel room and the almost total lack of equipment - heating did not work, lighting that was not adequate. Microwave not there. Crockery and cutlery had to be asked for. We were surprised that this property was listed by Booking.com as we have not ever had one in such poor condition before. We think you should inspect the property before you readvertise it.
Location is great the utensils and room was not very good standard's
Safety in the Motel was not comfortable as the door was very un safe. Found people coming and going during the night I didn't feel that my car or room was safe.Room very shabby and needs proper cleaning with maybe a new paint job on them maybe more comfortable needs to be brightened up.
Bad
The 24/7 check is a joke the room smelt like 20 smokers have been in there for a week burning a pack day each i had to spray deodorant at my cpap machine because all i could smell the next time i used it that room i now havw to get it serviced and new filter to get rid of the smell. The A/C sounded like 747 taking off
Poor
Very old, in bad need of renovations, handbasin cracked and not draining properly. No Fire alarm, air conditioning not sufficient to heat the room properly
Everything seems to be damaged or old-fashioned or used tables and chairs and everything.
All of the things were the property about the property I didn’t like car park in the night. There was screaming of the people maybe fighting outside. I don’t know very uncomfortable and not even the hand wash in the toilet and the pillows were so much hard than neck started getting in pain.I will not recommend. I will don’t consider that price for the night which they are asking. What’s the point how it’s even a three star.
Had no breakfast order
I didn't like the smell in the room it really smell like smokes it give me sore and dry throat.. the curtains needs washings
Could do with a paint and a deep clean the room smelt bad but the bed was clean
The smell
Bad
Everything besides the bed was pretty comfortable and the shower had good pressure and nice and hot
The price was the only thing good.
Absolutely nothing ! At first when we arrived the check in desk was not manned then after several attempts to contact the provided contact number someone finally answered saying they will be down shortly, then what can only be described as an extremely intoxicated woman came out to hand us our “key” no id taken no checks made. The entire property was inhabited by drug adducts and at several points through the stay they got into fights, police showing up, partying and openly selling drugs in the car park at all hours of the morning. The bed was filthy, and found bugs. All round horrible experience
Nothing, it was a brothel and a drug drop off point
Everything it was a drug hotel, homeless shelter and brothel
$80/night would be reasonable; pub close -good; location convenient;
no iron or board; no wifi info; 2 TV's no remote connecting either;loose cords hanging; no bed side lamps; had to move bed and crawl under bench for power points;no shower mat or outside mat;shower base still wet from previous; no ledge for shampoo etc; one dim overhead light only; no instruction manuals; 1 broken air con with no remote; dirt from carpet sticking to bare feet; dirty grouting; corners of bathroom filthy; poor quality pillows; generally grotty.
Bad
Next time I'd rather sleep in my car. Rather than a hotel, it's a social center where misfits hold meetings in the parking lot, shouting and breaking things at night. You can see them selling drugs in the parking lot in a covert manner. It's 7 a.m. and one of the neighbors who lives upstairs decided to play loud music. The room is dirty and smells of cigarettes. The bathroom is dirty, with no toilet paper or soap. I really recommend that you don't even walk past this place.
Passable
Didn't even stay the night , wife didn't feel safe so we left about 10pm same day we got there
Good location. Prompt service.
Poor lighting in room. One chair. TV broken. No milk pods in fridge.
The motel was what I’d hoped for the company I kept was below my usual.
I didn’t like the person who came with me I think the prince mark motel should have stopped me at the door and given me a quiet word about a mistake waiting to happen. She stole the key and I had to pay for it. Not the motels fault entirely but surely someone could see she was trouble! GeezPs the photos have nothing to do with the motel they are actually not there or even on the same day, just thought u might enjoy a couple of my happier times. Peace
