Friendly staff, clean amenities, comfortable bed, free parking

Apartment loungeroom well furnished and spacious with good carpet. Good cooking facilities and large fridge. Comfy bed and sheets. Good parking on site.

It was difficult to use the cupboard and bedside draws as railing didn't slide and coat hanger rail too large for coat hangers. TV reception glitches when using laundry appliances. After shower water leaked on floor.

Location is good, good pricing and free parking. I would stay again.

the main entrance is locked during non office hours, I'm not sure how to get out. is there another exit? there is no explanation. the room is a bit too small

Clean and comfortable, did the job.

The smoke detector started chirping every 30 seconds from 2am. No answer on the reception number (doesn't get diverted to a mobile after hours). Lucky I had earplugs from the airshow. Otherwise all good.

Clean and comfy bed. Equipped with a kitchen with induction stove, toaster, microwave and medium sized fridge. Bathroom has heaps of space although the shower floor area is a bit worn down. No toothbrush and slippers. There were no elevators so best if you can get a room on the ground floor. Staff were really nice. No restaurant or cafe in the building so you need to get to the main road for breakfast/meals. I enjoyed my stay nonetheless. Free Parking is available.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and the room pretty soundproof and very clean. Everything you need for a night or a week.You need to be aware there is no lift in the building so book ground floor if unable to do stairs. Hot water good in shower but does fluctuate with temperature even with a short shower.

Convenient location for our stay

Cleanliness - bathroom floor was disgusting (grimy and dirty), front entrance door was not cleaned all week and when you entered the front door the linen trolley was also there overflowing with dirty linen (was even there overnight on Friday night)

The room was not particularly clean (esp the bathroom with red mould around the grout etc) and overall the room was scruffy. The pillows were particularly uncomfortable with no options provided.At a cost of $711 for a studio room for only three nights out in the suburbs the value for money was poor.

The highlight of my stay was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff (reception and housekeeping) especially Fida, who I witnessed helping a very short tempered and unreasonable guest, all while maintaining a friendly, clam and professional demeanor, and then immediately offering me exceptional customer service, whilst I imagine feeling quite unsettled

The washing machine was a great facility but there was no where to hang the clothes once clean

Location and reasonable pricing is why I come back

On several occasions now I have past on to the staff and I have rung on the phone to ensure the correct information gets back. But I continue to believe the Quest Apartments standard and what is checked is far from what is required. On this occasion the table in the room wasn't fit for purpose. I put my small bag on the table and it titled so bad, I had to catch it very quickly. I looked underneath and realized very quickly that this had to have been noticed on cleaning and just placed back. In the past I have had to repair chairs as screws were loose. Just seems that the basics and just not cared about. I just hope you have a good look at your standard as I'm not sure if your know what is a standard

Clean, quiet and close to shopping centre

Very convenient location for Moorabbin airport. Great room with a large comfortable bed and kitchen.

Unfortunately someone had set the fridge onto the coldest setting which I didn't check so my groceries that I had purchased and put in the fridge actually froze solid overnight and much of the food was spoilt and had to be thrown away. Lesson learnt to check the setting myself in future but I would expect the hotel to make sure it was functioning properly.

Absolutely fabulous!! The room was very comfortable.We love the inclusion of a stove top and cooking equipment for preparation of meals!Staff are very helpful and friendly.Late "check-in" was hassle free (we arrived after midnight).Gym was available for guests!We loved Quest so much that we are looking to use them again!

The apartment was a good size and provided adequate facilities.

The bathroom had a bath/shower combination which was difficult to get in and out of but also the shower head kept falling making it almost impossible to actually shower. The doors and walls were paper thin so we could hear everything in the hallway and we could hear people from the hallway.
