Broken appliances, kids beds should have been on a curb not used, unclean carpets, black mould in shower, tv did not work, no welcome book, wifi very sketchy, couches small and like rocks.?shall I continue

Clean cheap and cheerful

OUr room was too close to the road and was very noisy? Also you could hear everything that was going on , a couple in anou room arguing and doors being slammed

the apartment was clean and tidy - well appointed in the kitchenette

the apartment could have done with a bit of a sproose up paint wise - but not a big problem - parking was very tight - but not much they could do about it

Location close to Melbourne; separate bedroom.

TV remote didn't work properly.

Close to Fitzroy gardens and Captain Cooks cottage. Walking distance to the cbd. Iga and restaurants across the road.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The appartment is spacious and comfortable.

I didn't like the late arrival procedure. You have to give your credit card details via an outside intercom with random people standing nearby. Very uncomfortable. Also there was a HUGE aircon unit so loud that I was rather cold then coping with the noise

At the price I paid & the location , there was nothing I didn’t like. It’s older style building & the quality & cleanliness is good.

We handed the keys back it was unfit to stay there rip carpet tiles and blood stains dirty sink broken chairs Waiting on a refund

Everything was bad

Location location location. Went there with low expectations and ended up feeling it was good value for a family of four if all you need is a cheap place in a great spot. Easy check-in and free parking. Beds were comfortable and smart tv was good.

One of the bed sheets had an old stain that hadn't come out in the wash. The AC didn't work. The bathroom was ordinary and could have been cleaner.

It was nice that the reception allowed us to store our bags after check out before we could get to our fligths

Lots of things. There was no plug for the kitchen sink - could not wash up. No hand/tea towel in the kitchen to dry hands. Could not get the tv to work. The power board next to the main bed did not reach the cord for the lamp beside the bed. No hot water late in the evening. We were out all day and stayed out for dinner then could not have a shower when we got home. One of the single beds had a big dent in the mattress - very uncomfortable. Very limited kitchen supplies.

Hard to understand the difference of rooms and choices of property.Even different rooms and buildings exist…Completely different from photos

Lounge needed replacing. Cookware ill equipt and dirty utensils

Location to MCG plus bed was comfortable

Rooms need a deep clean. More than 1 Power point. Do something about cords running all over the floor due to lack of power points. Only 1 glass - for 2 people. Table was broken. You can hear everything from other guests. Floor was more comfortable than the couch. When room booked not advised it was far from office and you have to drag your luggage a considerable distance

We liked the location and short wallk to the MCG. 1 easy k. There was plenty of space and the bathroom was clean.

The beds were hard and it was tricky trying to sleep with paper thing curtains and the possums running around the roof. It was basic but for 1 night it was value for money.

Great value, free parking, large room, great water pressure, fully equipped kitchen.

TV didn't work properly, couches are very uncomfortable, heater in bedroom didn't work.

was a nice little walk from city and mcg.

was a bit cold, no extra blankets.the gym equipment at the park plays music when in use and you can hear it from the room, so not good if wanting a sleep in.
