Clean hotel. Professional and friendly staff.

Bathroom fixtures were poor quality and missing parts, room was very small and noisy.

The host who checked us in was so patient and kind and made us feel so welcomed. She gave us some great recommendations for places to eat also. It was a great experience. Thank you !

The property was clean and spacious. There was everything that we needed in the apartment. It was I a great location and parking was convenient. The stF were polite and helpful too. ?

Disappointing

That I left my iPad on the desk and wasn’t contact after I left to say it was left behind. Last place we had it was on the tv cabinet

Location was central to where we wanted to be. Good proximity to restaurants.

Only supplied with those tiny milk containers. Not enough for a decent coup of tea or to match the quantity of tea bags supplied.

Room was clean, bed sheets clean and comfy. Was super quiet in the ground floor unit i had. Alas, if you tick 'no ground floor' through booking.com, you will more than likely hear traffic at higher levels etc. Would stay again, definitely. Thankyou Questies.

I paid an extra $97 so I could have early access to my room. I was assured that if I paid the extra it would be ready. It was not ready until some 10 minutes after 11.00 which is the time I had been told it would be. I was on a tight schedule after flying from New Zealand to attend my brothers funeral. I feel very disappointed that The Quest did not honour assurance that the room would be ready.

Very clean and comfortable 2 bedroom unit. Close to the golf course where we played, and great food options close by.

The apartment was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The location was great for our purposes.

There was a lot of traffic noise all night affecting one of the bedrooms. It was fine for a one night stay.

Excellent Location. Had everything we needed. Shops and everything close by. The 3 bedroom apartment was amazing. Great size and use of space.

Need a better system when checking in as we got a fine as we pulled up and had no where to park

Excellent place to stay, plenty of room.

The cleaning carts were always left right outside the door to the lift so when you got off the lift you just about walked into them. Maybe move them off to the side, rather than right in front of the doors.Could also do with sachet coffee - we don't like pod coffee.

It was excellent

There is a structural problem with water dripping into the room and keeping me up all night. The room was not cleaned on the last day. The table on the balcony was bent and almost not usable. Not the usual standard of a the quests I stay at and especially when you are paying in excess of 500$ a night during GP week in Melbourne.

Convenient location for our purposes.Close to train and plenty of local shops, cafes and restaurants. Staff were very obliging and helpful.

No herbal teas available. Bathroom vanity was a bit small.Lounge furniture was a little tired and worn.Window soft furnishings could have been better.
