The location and ever helpful staff

The couches are really quite old and I doubt they've ever been cleaned. Any skin that touched the couch got itchy, so we had to lay towels on them.

Location Excellent

WiFi would not work in the room - only reception was in the passageway outside room or if you stood by the door. Not really very useful when you need access to internet for work contact.

Having kitchen appliances (hotplate, m'wave & dishwasher) meant I could prepare my own meals, as desired, due to dietary restrictions. Health food shop & supermarkets all within 10min. walk

Free wi-fi was VERY slow. Kitchen gadgets a bit lacking for meal preparation. Also a coffee plunger/pod machine would be an asset instead of leaving hotel for coffee Lack of adequate washer/dryer combo instructions - despite my best attempt, I woke up to

Self contained apartment close to tram and shops, restaurants and within walking distance to markets etc.Very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Shower was a bit small as my husband is on larger size.

Great location. Right in the heart of the action. The family suite was pretty comfortable for my wife, kids, and me. The kitchenette is compact but well-equipped, and the amenities are pretty okay given the price point and offerings.

It's no 5 star hotel but nothing really bothered me given the location, price point and our general expectations.

The location was great, the staff were kind and friendly and the hotel overall was in good condition. Air conditioning was useful on the hot Melbourne days in Summer.

The main bed was harder than a rock and the sofa bed (pull out mattress) was made of foam, the frame was poor quality and the support bars were broken. We were unable to address the issue so one of the guests had to sleep on a broken sofa bed for multiple nights which squeaked and had metal bars sticking into their back.

Location was excellent, walking distance to everything in the cbd, The rooms were clean and had the basics BUT, bring some earplugs to sleep with, it's extremely noisy at night.

The noise, especially at night when you're trying to sleep, don't seem to notice it during the day? And I think the price went up due to the Australia day long weekend and the Australian open, there's no way this room is worth over $400 a night

Small space, no room cleaning, too expensive and we were 3 people in room and one had to sleep on the dirty couch

After being told I couldn't stay because I was in a wheelchair, I found the amenities were fine with my disability.

The lack of staff when we wished to check out early.

We found an used needle underneath the bed. We found it when a phone fell off and we tried to retrieve it.

Staff were pleasant easy access to property and room
