Pros +
- Big comfortable room, relatively quiet considering it is on a busy road.
- Although the place looked old, the facilities were incredible. Staff were receptive and kind.
- The room was neat and clean and they had no problem switching me to a ground floor room, as I'd forgotten yo request that when booking
Cons -
- Clientele were a bit bit rowdy, but not too bad
- There was one night where there were some loud people confronting some person at the hotel about drugs (which was concerning and scary).
- .No real issues, just no soap or cloth to wash my couple of dishes and utensils I'd used

Refrigerator was unplugged and unstable, shower head poor flow and dribbling when shut off. TV pixelated on some stations
Was close to an excellent restaurant for seafood buffet. Was comfortable.
Even though bath spa not working taps removed so couldn’t use bath.
Location was great and easy to get to. After hours check in was very simple
Bed was uncomfortable, shower was hot and cold and more water came out of the fitting rather than the shower head. Dusty skirting boards and dirty cups in the cupboard.

Outside of rooms in car park and walkways we’re not pleasing to the eye.Would be good for some work to be done to improve car park area & garden, walkways and stairs. Rail on stairs was wobbly.
Basic old school hotel. Exactly what we needed at the time. Clean, comfy.
It’s basic, but that’s what I paid for. Can’t fault the place.

next to KFC for a late dinner
aged room but ok

Very good facilities, comfortable bed, high standard of cleanliness. Amicable owner/manager. Very much suited our needs for the weekend stay.
Location
The fridge smelt like deep heat and wasn’t even plugged in or turned on. No coffee or sugar.
