Hume Villa Motor Inn UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT

I stay at this hotel at least a couple of days a week, and it truly feels like home. I highly recommend it for its exceptional customer service, large and spotless rooms, and its very central location.

From the first moment we arrived we were greeted by a smile and friendly face. Our bags were carried to the door of our room. For being on a busy road the room was so quiet. Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay.

Convenient location

Noise of being so close to a main road - didn’t realise our room would open onto it. There are double windows which eliminate a lot of noise but the room was very stuffy and a bit smelly - possibly smelt of cleaning chemicals and being so closed up, not saying it was dirty.

Easy check in, receptionist very friendly and helpful, we felt safe during our stay. Room was very clean, organised and had great amenities. Beds and pillows were comfortable also.

You can walk to the train station as the location is fantastic. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Have stayed there twice now and will be back. Great parking, approachable staff, easy to find and great spot for door dashing dinner.

its understandable that staff shortage during Xmas time.Daily Room service should have been done regularly by default instead of everytime reminding them to clean.

Friendly staff

I didn’t check in advance that house keeping service is done once a week, so had a wrong expectation on that one.

The location was perfect, the beds were super comfortable and the manager Andrew was lovely.

Nothing. It was exactly what we needed.

Good location for stopover in Melbourne, just a few minutes drive from airport and walking distance to train to get to city center.

Very poor

The fact that i sounded like a Brothel in the next room all night. And very loud alot of door slamming while kids are trying to sleep. And no one to contact late at night. Very disappointed
