we were cold. heating not good enough and no extra blankets

The position was perfect for the activities that I was intending to do.

It was a bit noisy a few nights when there were groups of people that knew each other staying there. It would be probably be a good idea to allocate them adjoining rooms if possible. I would have been happy to move to facilitate this.

Curtains were see thru , needed bockout curtains for privacy.

There is nothing to like about this property owing to the health and safety risks.

Do not stay here if you care for your health and safety. Room contained broken doors, graffiti, cigarette stained furnishings and a pungent odor of stale cigarettes which caused immediate headaches. No quilts, pillows the thickness of a wafer and carpets stained. Not normally one to write a review, but when adjoining rooms appear to be utilized for (think red light district) and unknown people are wandering around outside for most of the night, this is not a property to put on your list. The only remedy was to leave the property and seek a full refund - which was appropriately provided by reception.

i have to tell the reception to clean the room no cleaning without telling.

Everything was good. staff was very friendly, I enjoyed my stay

Prefer if the room was bit more clean, specially the sofa and plates and cups. carpet needed a vacuum

Good location

Dirty. Thick dust on the edges of furniture. Bed made sloppy just a sheet and the blanket folded up instead of made up. As though they got distracted and forgot. Bathroom cupboard doors dirty with water marks and dirt mark’s clearly not wiped. Appeared to be a chewing gum stuck in the lamp. 4 tiny containers of milk but one had been opened so was unusable.

Location was close to where we needed to be

The room felt unclean, there were stains on the carpet and the sheets did not seem clean, the pool was slimy and not clean. Didn't feel like touching to much in the room. Very noisy, you could hear other guests. The lock on our door was broken and we had to ask for our room to be serviced.

Room was ordinary and bathroom had a hole in the back of the door. Over the 3 nights total we had cops turn up twice to ask for witness statements after the first being a guy we believed was under the influence thinking he was being attacked. The second was a domestic where there was intense yelling and broken glass. Was obviously a budget hotel/apartment that draws these kinds of people. Bed started to give me back issues by the 3rd night and there was nothing more than a basic blanket and sheet with no doona. Maybe good during the hot summer but nothing great during a cold rainy night. Will go somewhere else from now on. It looks impressive on here but the ratings tell the truth.

Communication could’ve been better. Was some confusion on when reception closed and they didn’t respond to any messages sent. Electrical in the room seems a bit sus and the exterior was a touch rough. Pool area needed tending to with long grass and average surrounding area but you cant complain with the price ?

Was cheap accommodation for 1 night stay as I had to be at a local hospital for surgery early in the morning, I liked how I could check out before 7am ( time I had to be at the hospital) by leaving the key in the room advised by the lady ok reception the night before,

The room had a smell to it and the beds were hard and uncomfortable and only one pillow per person, there were also only 2 towels in the room and we had 3 people although reception did give us more towels which was appreciated

Check in time was late. Room was filthy, found a paper cup, socks, food and 2 lids on the floor under the bed. One door only closed latched when slammed, smelt horrible, rubbish all over the yard, spa bath sucked the kids arms and left bruises, not a 2 bedroom apartment litruely 2 hotel rooms with the fridge, sink and stove in the kids room. Sliding door didn't lock at all in 1 of the rooms and staff were unable to help when asked to let me in my room. Photos deffinently are not in comparison to the actual rooms and facilities

The bed was a bit broken and then back wall of the bed was dirty and lots of stains on it.

The rooms were amazing. The bed was so comfy and the shower was omg the water pressure amazing. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Not enough pillows but that's me being picky.

The reception staff was polite and professional

We were provided only 2 towels for a booking for 3 adults. The “kitchenette” had one plate, two spoons and one fork and there were only 2 mugs and 2 glasses, not sufficient for 3 people. The shower was mouldy with broken soap dish dangling and a hole in the tiles. The bed was hard and uncomfortable with one pillow per sleeping position, no spare pillows or blankets in the cupboard. The fridge dripped water onto our food for the following day which became soggy and had to be thrown out.

The whole place felt unsafe, when we arrived there was a junky riding out on his bicycle.Air Condition didn't work in either room, we ended up leaving a day early as we didn't feel safe there anymore

When we arrived the room that was assigned to us was really disgusting, so I asked the guy at the reception if he can give us a better room, which he did without hesitation. The staff at the reception was friendly.

As mentioned earlier the room that was assigned to us was dirty. The curtains were filthy and have holes. The sofa that was in the room was full of stains, it was disgusting to look at. They could have at least covered it. I told the reception that I have noticed that there were furniture on the side of the road for council collection that looked better than the couch that was in that room. Even that room that was given to us upon my request was not very clean but better. The balcony screen door was broken and the same with the glass sliding door, lock not working. Every time we come back to , but room it smells like someone has been spraying the room to make it smell nice, but never really cleans the room. We have to open the sliding door because the smell triggers my asthma.
